Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) can be defined as a digital educational software intended to support educational activities. The idea is that these environments create new learning possibilities for the student in view of technological changes that have been taking place in society. The research’s general objective is to provide a virtual environment with references to support learning for in electrical engineering students, with the creation of the Virtual Environment for Technological Learning, AVATEC. In this sense, it defends the meaningful learning in Moreira (2016) valuing the interaction between prior knowledge and new knowledge, and Ausubel (2003) who values knowledge constructed from known situations, that is, the students' experiences. Thus, the general objective sought to analyze how the teachers of vocational and technological training at the IFAL Satuba campus, of the subsequent course in Agriculture, seek to promote pedagogical practices regarding the humanization of their students regarding the development of society in a sustainable way. And the specific objectives, to identify how teachers assimilate information from students about the world and sustainability; to know if there is an interest of the students in participating in projects that aim at the valorization, preservation and/or ecological recovery; to point out how these pedagogical practices are implemented and if there is a growing number of EE projects in the Vocational Technical Course and to provide a booklet and lesson plan based on the importance of EE to students of vocational technical education. The methodology applied to the research was the qualitative approach through action research, applying a questionnaire to five professors. The results obtained showed: 20% of teachers have been working for 10 years, 40% for 25 years, 20% for 30 years and 20% for 8 and a half years; aged between 36 and 61 years, being 20% women and 80% men, totaling 60% masters and 40% doctors. In Brazil, restrictive measures were taken in several areas, with education being the focus of this study. Emergency remote teaching emerged as an alternative for the continuity of on-site education, aiming to reduce the recurrent losses of in-person stoppages. With the need for equipment and internet access for remote teaching, the country's inequality of access became evident. This research aims to analyze the impact of emergency remote teaching in the Covid-19 pandemic, for students and teachers, and the aspects that guide this occurrence, mainly in technological difficulties. In this way, Emergency Remote Teaching (ERE) was the temporary and strategic solution that allowed, in the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, to provide the academic community with the possibility of maintaining, within the possible circumstances, the teaching activities and difficulties of this modality. of teaching began to emerge. Thus, the objective of this work was to diagnose the difficulties of remote teaching encountered by the professors of the Instituto Federal de Alagoas-IFAL and seek possible solutions to minimize these difficulties. The action-research had a qualitative approach and the target audience were the teachers of IFAL - Campus Murici/Alagoas, of the technical courses of Agroindustry and Agroecology, through questionnaires with objective and subjective questions, related to remote teaching, which addressed the problems related to the synchronous and asynchronous classes and the strategies that could be used to minimize the difficulties encountered in the practice of this teaching that help in the transmission of teaching and learning knowledge. With the application of the questionnaires, the results showed that 95.7% of the professors have a stricto sensu postgraduate degree, with 41.7% having a master's degree and 54.2% a doctorate, and that 66.7% of the professors had difficulties in asynchronous classes and 33 .3% in synchronous and asynchronous classes, 50% of teachers suggested training on teaching platforms as a way to minimize the difficulties that were encountered in the ERE.Item Do ensino presencial a abruptidão do ensino remoto emergencial(ERE) no contexto da educação profissional e tecnológica(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-11-19) Silva, Alline Nataly Balbino Oliveira da; Almeida, Ricardo Santos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5955679764505968; Paiva, Monikely de Oliveira Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0034233122382052; Ribeiro, Alyson Fernando Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9559092201845379As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, caused by a mutation of the SARS-CoV virus, in mid-December 2019, the Chinese government announced the rapid proliferation and its high killing capacity. This process forced a reshaping of the pattern of personal and educational relationships around the world. As a way to minimize the proliferation of this virus, which is related to severe respiratory syndromes, it was necessary to close educational environments, requiring an emergency change in teaching patterns, making adjustments in the methodologies and pedagogical practices characteristic of face-to-face teaching, making use of the mass use of technologies for communication that has increased within social patterns. The research carried out was of an applied nature, with a qualitative, descriptive approach and using the technical procedure of action research. The practical and collaborative action-research model was used in a sample of 20 students from a class of the Occupational Safety II subject of the technical course on Occupational Safety. As a technical procedure for data collection, a multiple-choice and open-ended questionnaire was used, answered anonymously by the interviewees. The results show that school dropout in the population investigated is multifactorial in nature, with a predominance of causes of socio-economic, technological and organizational origin. The aim was identifying the online strategies used by teachers in remote teaching in the pandemic period. A qualitative approach through a quiz about remote teaching and the use of online strategies for students was answered by 10 teachers and 21 students. The highlighted result was the use of online strategies by 60% of professors and 95,2% of students took them. The research was carried out in two stages: in the first, a literature review was carried out and, in the second, a quantitative research, using a questionnaire with six questions as a data collection instrument, prepared according to a survey of information on Professional Ethics , and applied to seven (7) volunteers, who work in a school of the Regional Management of Education in the southern agreste of Pernambuco. To arrive at the final results, the answers were collected and tabulated on the Google form platform. Questionnaires were filled out at the time of greatest convenience for employees and treated confidentially. Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) have changed relationships between people, the internet has expanded access to the universe of knowledge and schools cannot ignore this new reality. Faced with these new requirements, Vocational and Technological Education (EPT) needs to seek ways of acting that privilege student training for the exercise of citizenship and their insertion in the job market, which imposes new skills and competences. During the isolation imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, educational institutions were forced to seek alternatives to remote teaching, thus using the available digital means. As a result, teachers in a short space of time had to change their way of working, leaving the physical classroom for the virtual space, which means a great challenge. Recent studies show the importance of using digital tools in education both in face-to-face and remote teaching. Despite this, many educators still face difficulties in the application of these resources in pedagogical work. Playfulness in education becomes significant in helping children's performance, and education professionals have extensive knowledge about the importance of playfulness as a key element in the learning process. In this work, playfulness is an efficient pedagogical tool for the teaching and learning process in early childhood education, as this mechanism brings immeasurable benefits to the development and performance of children, making them more creative, autonomous and happy. By using games, playful activities and games, teachers as mediators are able to attract children's attention and interest to ensure that performance and learning is more meaningful and fun. The study is characterized as a bibliographical research, in which the primary purpose is to understand the importance of playfulness in the context of early childhood education. This approach is characterized by qualitative methodology, aimed at obtaining and analyzing the concept of playfulness in more detail. Action research was carried out through questionnaires in order to understand the problem of dropout and seek solutions. Dropping out of the course can be associated with several factors, in the case under study the socioeconomic level and the lack of perspective with the studies was what most contributed to dropout. The idea is to demonstrate how the "Didactic Wall" tool can be of significant value to the teaching-learning process. Initially, there is information on the concept of work, its human dimension, Collective Health and the role of the Nursing Technician. In a certain part of the text, there are also points related to the construction of didactic murals and the methodology that will be applied, aimed at a collective production activity. Then there are the final considerations. Thus, the general objective sought to present a proposal for a pedagogical intervention to be adopted in the Customer Services discipline of the Accommodation Technician course to face challenges in the job market. And as specific objectives, verify the number of students included and dropped out of the course; point out which are the most relevant factors of this index in the perception of the educational institution and identify the main challenges of social inclusion in the technical course in hosting at SENAC in Maceió, state of Alagoas. The course lasts 800 hours, with an internship at the end of the course. Furthermore, the application of the questionnaire carried out via Google Forms was sent in a cooperative manner from the course and website platform in September 2023. The intervention aims to develop students in the class, especially those with disabilities, into the job market, stimulating customer service, the focus of the discipline. The expected results showed that with the questionnaire sent to SENAC, that in the year 2022 in the technical course in Accommodation of 45 students, only 27 students reached the end of the course as completed, including 10 in the morning class, 9 in the afternoon and 8 pm, only one of the classes had 1 student with a disability, this being a wheelchair user. According to SENAC, this dropout is present in other courses at the institution. That it must be taken into account that people with disabilities feel discrimination in certain situations, and it is expected that with this proposed pedagogical intervention, more students with disabilities will enroll in technical courses and be included in the market of work through a qualification and not because companies have a quota of 2 to 5%.Item Uma prospecção do uso de metodologias ativas da educação no curso técnico em agropecuária – IFAL Campus Satuba(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-10-28) Gomes, Camilla Amanda de Oliveira; Barros, Emmanuella Farias de Almeida; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4993497631882133; Montes, Valeria Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5919342770529560; Varjão, Márcio Thomas do SantosActive methodologies represent educational approaches that confer a central role to students in the learning process, encouraging engagement, motivation, and active participation. Additionally, these approaches promote the development of cognitive and socioemotional skills. In the research at hand, a qualitative and quantitative method was adopted through an online questionnaire, aimed at former students of the technical course in agriculture at IFAL Campus Satuba. Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the methodologies employed in the Vocational High School at IFAL - Campus Satuba, and identify which teaching-learning approaches played an active role in the development of the former students. Given this context, the research results revealed little diversity of active methods in the technical course in agriculture, with seminars and practical field lessons being the majority, restricting students' development to other forms of learning. This research aimed to investigate the evaluative practices of nine professors of Professional and Technological Education (EPT) at the Federal Institute of Alagoas – IFAL, Campus Murici – AL. We consider the study of this theme necessary, taking into account the importance of evaluation as a guiding element of the teaching and learning process and the existing specificities of Professional and Technological Education. Thus, this qualitative research sought to reflect on the evaluation process in Professional and Technological Education, contemplating the improvement of the quality of the teaching-learning process, conceiving circumstances to promote a quality education. For that, it was necessary to identify the conceptions of evaluation that guided the educational practice, and verify the main evaluation instruments. We emphasize that for the development of this research we sought theoretical support in the studies of Luckesi (1995 - 2011), Hadji (2001), Haydt (2011), Hoffmann (2001), Kenski (2007), Libâneo (1994 - 2007), among others. Creativity in the classroom makes classes more dynamic and captivates students through games, educational techniques and active methodologies, according to the BNCC. One of the important factors to be combatted is school dropout, which occurs frequently both in basic education and in professional and technological education. Playfulness is a transformative path in the digital age, which can transform traditional model classes into interactive teaching. Gamification is a strategy to be applied in this research, in order to make classes more attractive. The inclusion of games is based on the study of the mobility and frequency with which students are engaged in carrying out the activities of the distance learning course. This research aims to study an English class at Pronatec through the application of games, breaking the idea that online courses cannot be fun, through the intervention of a quiz related to the content covered in the VLE. The approach method for this research is qualitative. An online questionnaire was administered through Wordwall, sent to a Pronatec English class, containing 10 questions from the course content. After the intervention, a form made on Google Forms was available so that students could give their opinion on what they thought of the game, whether they believe in the importance of gamification for learning, among other issues related to games in education. Our study, in a class of 50 students, showed that only 30% of students managed to reach the end and completed all the proposed activities. It was observed that gamification was an important tool in this intervention. Most of the students were interested in implementing the activity.
