Item Acessibilidade linguística e digital para estudantes surdos/as : ambientação de ferramentas tecnológicas do Google sala de aula com o uso da cartilha para surdos(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-12-16) Nascimento, Aleksandro Nunes do; Souza, Diogo dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9547588474173400; Souza, Diogo dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9547588474173400Upon the suspension of the in-person time schedule, which occurred due to the health crisis brought about by the new coronavirus pandemic, it was necessary to think, in a short period of time, of working methods to continue the classes online. As of this need, we identified that deaf students at the Federal Institute of Alagoas - IFAL faced difficulties regarding the usability of the G Suite for Education environment, thus reflecting on their learning. Started the first debates on the feasibility of making a booklet that visually demonstrated a step-by-step that would help these students learn the needs that the G Suite for Education environment required, so that they could attend classes and carry out activities that the professors will spend during the period of health crisis brought about by the new coronavirus pandemic. The preparation of the booklet allows deaf students at IFAL to have access to material that will help them in the conduct and usability of the virtual environment that was adopted in the pandemic period, so that this has positive effects on learning and, above all, on accessibility for the access and use of technological tools today, a fact accentuated by the Covid-19 pandemic.Item Ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem: possibilidades para estudantes de cursos técnicos em eletrotécnica(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-12-27) Rodrigues, Andrea Lays Omena; Medeiros, Juliane dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0615087723489332; Rocha, Paula Rejane Lisboa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9170949640305247; Delmiro, Klévia Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4238163317012605Technologies have been incorporated into face-to-face and distance education with the aim of enriching the teaching-learning process. In view of this, the practice of Environmental Education actions in the school environment becomes increasingly necessary, as one of its objectives is the propagation of knowledge about the environment, also contributing to the formation of a new socio-environmental awareness. , enabling individuals to take actions that contribute to building a sustainable planet. Thus, the present article aimed to analyze Environmental Education pedagogical practices in Brazilian public schools, through a review of existing literature. To this end, a literature review was carried out on the topic in question, based on works that reported Environmental Education strategies in public education. Searches were carried out in the Capes Periodicals and Google Scholar database, from May to August 2023, in which works published between the years 2019 and 2023 were searched. Through these searches it was possible to identify some methodological strategies that are worked on in public education in Brazil. With this, it is also concluded that one of the main methodologies used by the authors of the respective articles consists of developing and applying projects in school institutions, both teaching and extension, that address the theme of Environmental Education. Thus, working with teaching and extension projects to develop Environmental Education actions in schools is essential, as the application of projects enables various themes involving environmental issues such as: recycling, importance of water, selective collection and environmental impacts are explored.Item Análise do ensino remoto emergencial na pandemia do COVID-19(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-10-25) Costa, Monaira Cristiane Alcides da; Gonzaga, Giordano Bruno Medeiros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0392340569918117; Cavalcante, Lucas Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1201692883506898; Silva Júnior, Talvanes Lins e; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6161318722252594The Covid-19 pandemic brought the need for social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus on a global scale. In Brazil, restrictive measures were taken in several areas, with education being the focus of this study. Emergency remote teaching emerged as an alternative for the continuity of on-site education, aiming to reduce the recurrent losses of in-person stoppages. With the need for equipment and internet access for remote teaching, the country's inequality of access became evident. This research aims to analyze the impact of emergency remote teaching in the Covid-19 pandemic, for students and teachers, and the aspects that guide this occurrence, mainly in technological difficulties. For this, the state of the art on the subject was raised to support discussions and applied questionnaires, without collecting personal data, for students and teachers in order to transform the results into percentage graphs.Item Apontamentos sobre a atuação dos poderes eclesiásticos e inquisitoriais em "Alagoas" durante a Guerra Neerlandesa (1635-1637)(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-06-28) Queiroz, Jadson Ramos de; Santos, Josival Nascimento dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4906092488534873; Calazans, Denis Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2551443152410199The present work has the objective of analyzing how the ecclesiastical powers acted in "Alagoas" from the impacts caused by the war between the Dutch and the Luso-Brazilians between 1635 and 1637. Traditionally, pedagogical practices for teaching Genetics in basic education focus on expository classes, reproduction of concepts and solving exercises to validate learning. The distancing of the learning methodology is reflected in the students' difficulty in contextualizing interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary themes in Genetics, such as the concept of race, skin color and their impacts on the theme of ethnic-racial diversity. In this sense, the use of active methodologies aims to modify this scenario through teaching strategies focused on student protagonism and promoting scientific literacy. Among the various methodological strategies, problem-based learning (PBL) stands out as an important alternative for teachers, due to the investigative sense inherent to the teaching approach. In this methodology, the problem is the fundamental point of the teaching process and the student must develop the ability to develop hypotheses, test, collect data, discuss and make decisions, apply their knowledge to solve it. Based on this problem, this study aims to develop an intervention proposal consisting of a didactic sequence using the PBL methodology for teaching ethnic-racial themes in the final years of Elementary School. The study is qualitative in nature, as described in objective. To plan the didactic sequence, the learning concepts advocated by Lev Vygotsky (1896-1934), learning through experience, by John Dewey (1859-1952), meaningful learning by David Ausubel (1918-2008), as well as the Freire's perspective on autonomy (Paulo Freire, 1921-1997).Item Associação entre o uso de smartphones e a qualidade do padrão do sono de docentes universitários(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-12-13) Silva, Joyce Nayane Rodrigues da; Montes, Valeria Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5919342770529560; Oliveira, Adriana Thiara; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4935946410790184; Gomes, Maria Amábia VianaThe aim of this research was to verify whether there is an association between the use of smartphones and the quality of the sleep pattern of university professors. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive study with a quantitative approach, conducted with 79 professors from a public university in Alagoas. Data collection was performed through a form containing (1) Sociodemographic data; (2) Smartphone Dependency Test; (3) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire. The analysis was made through BioEstat. Most of the interviewees were female (75.9%) and were ≥50 years old (35.4%). There was an association between sleep pattern and dependence on cell phone use. The factors associated with sleep quality and smartphone dependence deserve attention, considering that they are directly or indirectly related to health problems.Item Atribuições e desafios vivenciados pelo professor na perspectiva na educação inclusiva(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-04-20) Silva, Monize Karoline da; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513The purpose of this paper was to reflect on the role of the teacher based on the Educational Policies from the Perspective of Inclusive Education, checking the challenges faced by the teacher. This research aims to analyze the teacher's role in the face of educational policies so that students are the center of the classroom. Inclusion is treating those who are different in a different way, thus one can perceive real equality being applied. According to Sassaki (1997, p.3), inclusion can be conceptualized as "the process by which society adapts to be able to include people with special needs in its general social systems and, at the same time, people with special needs prepare themselves to assume their roles in society. To deal with the process of inclusive special education and the role of the teacher, we refer to Bueno (2001), Mantoan (1993, 2003), Sassaki (1997), and others. This is a qualitative bibliographic research based on the public educational policies aimed at inclusive education and how the teacher should act according to them, taking into account that the environment interferes in the propositions available to teachers. In addition to the theorists, we used as a basis, articles that deal with the same aspect, as well as documents, legislation, laws and others. School inclusion is not the sole responsibility of the educator, since he/she needs the means and conditions to put their knowledge into practice that should be made available by the government, as well as the family should participate in the inclusion process, since it is co- responsible for the training.Item A atuação do Núcleo de Estudo Afro-brasileiro e Indígena: NEABI na efetivação da lei nº11.645/2008 no instituto federal de alagoas(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-11-13) Assis, Maria Angélica Santos de; Silva, Samuel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6455568737417686; Barbosa, Levy Castelo Brandão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3556345127291142; Costa, Cicero Teixeira Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7675787226293771The purpose of this article is to contribute to the dissemination of Law 11.645/2008 at the Federal Institute of Alagoas - IFAL, through the work of NEABI - Center for Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Studies. To this end, a pedagogical intervention proposal was created to disseminate the actions of NEABI, for Teaching, Research and Extension, with an emphasis on integrated high school, in this sense it is questioned how to deconstruct a historical process, which persists from the colonial period until today, how to combat anti-racist, prejudiced and discriminatory practices for an egalitarian society. For reflection, research on the subject, seminars and discussions will be proposed. From a methodological point of view, it involves bibliographical research, in articles, books and others. It is hoped that the proposal will make a significant contribution to the real purpose of Law 11.645/2008.Item Avaliação processual para efetividade do ensino remoto emergencial na educação de jovens e adultos com base nos indicadores construídos pelo IFAL(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-11-25) Santos, Geraldo Luiz Valle dos; Souza, Diogo dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9547588474173400; Silva, Jailson Costa da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9547588474173400; Lucena, Rodrigo de Melo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6095168056343998The present work aims at the proportions of indicators evaluated for Emergency Remote Teaching in the Integrated Teaching of Youth and Adult Education in the Accommodation course on the Marechal Deodoro campus of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (Ifal), a modality implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As mandatory, Ifal's institutional rules on the ERE with a focus on the Integrated Course on Youth and Adult Education. In addition, it was a matter of providing subsidies for thinking about new indicators for evaluating the ERE. The work methodology is qualitative. Bibliographic research and studies were carried out on the experiences lived during this pandemic period on the Campus of Marechal Deodoro. However, this work does not illustrate the use of research with the educational community, as the result is drawn from experience-based experience. The result of the study has assorted dimensions and indicators with a degree of favoring education actors in the decisions to be addressed in the process of improving the ERE and the quality of teaching-learningItem Casa de taipa: habitação de negro e pobre no poxim tão antigo e tão atual(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-06-07) Santos, Robson Williams Barbosa dos; Guimarães, Gerson Maciel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6606878368805335; Calazans, Denis Rocha; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2551443152410199; Silva, Gian Carlo de Melo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6816194135811718The taipa house is considered a vernacular architecture technique that emerged in Africa and was taken to Europe through the Roman Empire, arriving in Brazil through the colonization process with the Portuguese. At the beginning of the colonization process, the rammed earth became inhabited by planters in the 16th and 17th centuries. Brazil, mainly along the coast, due to the development of sugarcane plantations. With the, the new building materials that were inserted in the construction houses of the temporary houses and that with, the first poor and black people, since the lords of the construction of the plantation houses make their mud houses more modern and robust. The results were presented in a graphical format and revealed insights into teachers' perceptions of OPEN AI's generative AI, its potential use in the classroom, and ethical and learning concerns. Additionally, the study demonstrated how to identify the use of AI to build a text by citing some existing examples and others that can be implemented.Item Comitê da bacia da região hidrográfica do rio Piauí: o processo de educação ambiental e envolvimento da comunidade(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-12-20) Araujo, Maria Elza Messias Soares de; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Santos, Gilson Oliveira dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9220817099269462; Dias, Sheyla Karine Barbosa de Macêdo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2777322313238567This article presents a discussion regarding the impacts of environmental education actions developed by the Piauí River Basin Committee, Alagoas, and its impact on the local community. The work was prepared based on a bibliographical survey in books, scientific articles, dissertations and theses, as well as through documentary analysis in Minutes of Committee meetings and reports obtained during field visits to schools, departments and institutions, in order to identify which were the actions in environmental education and how they occurred. Based on these procedures, we sought to reflect on the process of environmental education and community involvement with the aim of contributing to a theoretical- methodological discussion of the environmental education actions developed by the Committee, incorporating the public sphere as a stage for actions of environmental education. The perception obtained is that the Piauí River Committee treats environmental education actions based on problematizing the relationship between the local community and water resources. However, despite having formed a partnership with some institutions, it has difficulties in carrying out its environmental education actions due to the lack of support from municipal managers and other component institutions in the basin, which interferes with the protection of water resources and distances the community from the spaces of discussion and decision.Item "Como não deixar ninguém para trás?": práticas pedagógicas inclusivas no ensino médio integrado(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-10-09) Souza, Iara Ferreira de; Santos, James Washington Alves dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1497163644785616; Romcy, Priscila de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7365870730704829; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276The present work deals with inclusive pedagogical practices implemented in Sociology classes in the 2nd years of the Integrated High School Courses on Housing and Agroecology at the Federal Institute of Alagoas – Campus Maragogi. The intervention was carried out between May and June 2023 and its objective involved the application of pedagogical strategies that met the needs of students supported by the Nucleus for Assistance to People with Specific Needs (NAPNE). The adaptations and strategies used were small, supported by the elaboration and choice of pedagogical materials and the possibility for students to choose the options for delivering the activities. I conclude that the teaching strategies applied in the intervention were inclusive, but without being discriminatory and that inclusion begins when the teacher plans the lessons and the evaluation is end of the process.Item Conservadorismo e preconceito racial em o mulato, de Aluísio Azevedo: um olhar voltado ao ensino(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-01-24) Santos, Maria Cléia Alves dos; Souza, Adriana Nunes de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9445221981244067The main objective of this work is to report the traits of a conservative and prejudiced society present in the work O Mulato, written by Aluízio Azevedo in 1881 during Naturalism, a period in which Brazil was still a slave country. Unfortunately, some students find the literary works proposed by teachers in basic education outdated, due to the fact that their publication date is far from their reality, however, what they must understand is that literature serves as the basis for many issues in society current, just look at it critically, and so, with this work we intend to demystify this view, and we also intend to take an approach focused on teaching, so that the student is led to understand the root of prejudice, thus making a bridge between: history, work and current events, after this reflection the student will put into practice the discussions so that the reading seen as old and old, will now be alive and active, also in modern society. Therefore, we will base this work on the theories of Bosi (2015); Cândido (1999) and in Paiva's research (2016).Item A constituição e representação social no romance Terra Sonâmbula(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-03-30) Silva, Sirleide Vieira da; Souza, Adriana Nunes de Souza; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9445221981244067The present work has as main objective to show the literary way that the social ills, that reached the country of Mozambique, during the war period, are represented in the novel Terra Sonambula. In view of the sociological studies of literary works, in particular the work on canvas, it is worth noting that "Literature becomes a writing of resistance, that is, a form of survival amid the social chaos established in the country". (OLIVEIRA, 2011, p. 1). Thus, it is perceived that it is extremely important to highlight the work of social and cultural construction that Literature performs in society, it functions as a social apparatus responsible for cultural dissemination and for exposing in art form the realities and social transformations by which each and every society passes constantly. Mia Couto's text is classified as a novel, which has plurinlinguism as stylistic characteristic, according to Oliveira (2011), and is theorized by Bakhtin (2002) demonstrating that the “true premise of novelistic prose is in the internal stratification of language , in its social diversity of languages and in the divergences of individual voices that it contains ”(BAKHTIN, 2002, p. 72 cited by OLIVEIRA, 2011, p. 5). Given this concept, what matters to this work is the fact that this plurinlinguism, from the materialization of the free direct and indirect speeches, present in the work, allows the characters to gain voices and to express their concerns. The novel on screen represents with realism and fantasy the events experienced by two main characters Kindzu and Muidinga, and also the secondary characters report difficult days that passed in the midst of the civil war in the country of Mozambique. Another point raised by this work is the suggestion of a pedagogical activity from the reading of this book.Item A construção da mudança na historiografia indígena de Alagoas(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-07-07) Melo, Marineide da Silva; Silva, Amaro Hélio Leite da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0318967074428573; Almeida, Luís Sávio deNenhum
