As you can see, the theme “Garbage in the city” was proposed by me in the classroom, in parallel to the period of this course, and after observing the population's behavior regarding this in the city, especially on the edge of the historic center, and also in schools where he taught geography subjects in Alagoas in the municipal network and an emphasis on Human Sciences at Eja Modular in the state network. The debates in the classroom about how we could improve this behavior were fruitful, and so that we could start the project that is part of a larger project, I used the traditional teaching method, trying to bend the stick that is already completely crooked to the side of the new teaching methodologies of the Education market system, exposing a theme for collecting data on waste and environmental education, to give greater support to the attempt to contribute to a counter-proposal for education in the city, using the theories and contents of the discipline of Environmental education. The exhibition will try to expose how to plan classes with political content that help in the political management of students, promoting an education that leads them to social practice and finally encouraging the creation of an environment for environmental studies in schools, as there are still many schools left to implement this type of studies, whose contents are extremely relevant, to the detriment of the proposal of the current method that advocates memorizing content that is not so socially relevant, types of soil, vegetation and names of beaches, lagoons and rivers, to content that leads us to practice preservation of the same. In this sense, it defends the meaningful learning in Moreira (2016) valuing the interaction between prior knowledge and new knowledge, and Ausubel (2003) who values knowledge constructed from known situations, that is, the students' experiences. To this end, a questionnaire was applied on Google Form with students from two private colleges (A and B, being A in Arapiraca and B in Maceió in the state of Alagoas) in 2021, who were, or are still following emergency remote classes due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The students surveyed are from the Nutrition courses at Faculty A and Medicine at Faculty B whose processes of professionalization of teachers are not, a priori, substantiated by a socio-educational interface focused on the exercise of teaching, which demonstrates the need to reflect and suggest actions education to the technical training of professionals in the context of remote education. This process forced a reshaping of the pattern of personal and educational relationships around the world. As a way to minimize the proliferation of this virus, which is related to severe respiratory syndromes, it was necessary to close educational environments, requiring an emergency change in teaching patterns, making adjustments in the methodologies and pedagogical practices characteristic of face-to-face teaching, making use of the mass use of technologies for communication that has increased within social patterns. Provides better financial decisions, resulting in well-being and quality of life. It can be promoted in school and out-of-school environments, through lectures, courses and extension programs. It has become a central theme in several countries, contributing to public policies and programs for the dissemination of financial culture. Lack of financial knowledge has led to problems such as unplanned loans, uncontrolled use of credit cards and lack of financial control. Financial control plays a fundamental role in people's lives, allowing adequate management of personal and professional finances. In this sense, this qualitative and quantitative study carried out in 2023 contributes and highlights the facilitation and optimization of this process, through the use of Microsoft Excel, offering numerous advantages, allowing efficient and accurate management of personal and professional finances. The questionnaires were prepared and applied in the period of pre and post-implementation ERE. The application of the questionnaires was carried out online (Google Form). Ten professors working at IFAL in different technical courses were interviewed. The main limitations of teachers, technological tools and students' access to the synchronous environment were relevant points in the questionnaire. A presentation was made of all the challenges and solutions faced by teachers during the period of implementation of the ERE.Item Ensino remoto emergencial: impactos sobre os estudantes do curso de Meio Ambiente de Penedo(2021) Nunes, Patrícia Fernandes Santos; Souza, Jairo José de; Souza, Jairo José de; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; Almeida, Ricardo Santos deThis article looked at the research on the negative impacts that occurred on the implementation of Ordinance No. 544 of June 16, 2020, which provides, in exceptional character, the replacement of classroom classes by classes in digital media, in the socio-educational space of the Federal Institute de Alagoas (IFAL), specifically from the perspectives of students, from the Integrated Technical Course in Environment, 2nd grade high school class, Campus de Penedo. These measures were taken as a result of the World Pandemic caused by a new devastating virus-SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19). This work had its structure established in sections and some subsections, which are: Theoretical Background: Brief history of Professional Education, Technology and Remote Emergency Teaching that was used in this teaching modality. The Methodological Procedures for the research was the qualitative-quantitative method, with the proposal to base the theoretical foundations in the light of the data collected through the applied instruments: questionnaires and moment of conversation circles, having as sample selection the respective students of the aforementioned course . In this sense, and in view of the current tourist dynamics in the municipality of Pilar, in Alagoas, the following question was asked: the continued training of professionals from the Municipal Department of Tourism and Events of Pilar, Alagoas, presents itself as a strategy to promote tourist development? Faced with this research problem, the objective of this work is to offer and analyze the effects of professional tourism qualification on the team of professionals from the Municipal Department of Tourism and Events of Pilar with regard to interpersonal relationships and service to the public and during the process of elaboration of the Plan of Tourism Development. The methodological path of this research was Action Research. For Nunes and Infante (1996), Action Research can be understood as a consulting methodology because it articulates formal and informal knowledge in the solution of organizational problems. The application of the action research started in July 2021 and in December 2021, when it was completed, there was a noticeable change in the behavior of the servers, in the survey of offers of services and equipment related to tourism and in the narrowing of ties with recognized institutions in the promotion of tourism.Item Gênero na educação de jovens e adultos - EJA(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-10-30) Torres, Vagna da Silva; Souza, Jairo José de; Almeida, Ricardo Santos de; Gama, José Aparecido da SilvaThe work presented is a construction of observation, research and analysis of the return of women in the modality of Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) presenting the record of the experiences of the learners in the school space together with the teaching of Geography. Geography as a place of mutual development in the space of transformation of activities building a collective consciência of humanized emancipation and exchange of knowledge in dialogue by Paulo Freire in this way, Milton Santos presents the place of influence in the life of people looking at the space where the current events take place. Transformed and developed are no path that has been trodden or known, permeated by the interaction between matter and knowledge. A quali-quantitative methodology based on the analysis of the answers to the access to the sense of reality that people develop, where the questionnaire aims to measure the people that compõem the answers to the question list for the composition of Pós in Docência da Educação Profissional. Education as social practice has a quantitative structure to present the results obtained from the research of Youth and Adults in the composition of Final Course Work. In this sense, qualitative research using an integrative review on EJA based on the precepts of Freire (1967, 1982, 1987), Vygotsky (1998) and other authors. The teacher needs to use methodologies that consider the differences of all students, whether they are disabled or not. In this context, the objective of this intervention plan is to promote a practical activity of environmental education for visually impaired students in the municipal education network of Maceió-AL. The practice will consist of a trail in an ecological reserve or municipal park. The team will consist of 1 teacher and 6 monitors and the class will consist of 12 visually impaired students. Initially, there will be a walk on a trail in the area, where students will be able to observe nature through the sounds, smells and textures of the forest. After the meal, a guided meditation practice will be held where the student will be encouraged to "feel" nature, through connection with the environment, making use of the sounds and smells of the forest, then an ecological snack will be held where they will taste juices, sweets and native fruits, and to finish, there will be a conversation circle where students will share their experiences acquired during the practice. Created by LC 128/2008, the aforementioned Law encourages small businesses to leave informality, simplifying bureaucracy and reducing taxes for small entrepreneurs. Currently, one of the simplest ways to make a business formal is to have access to the MEI. Entrepreneurship can be understood as the ability to create a business, product or service in order to meet a society's demand, turning this idea into a profitable business. This is an action-research that aims to locate, diagnose and train individual micro-entrepreneurs who have taken professional training courses in the municipality of Igreja Nova – Alagoas. The project has great economic and social relevance, as it significantly contributes to improving the living conditions of these entrepreneurs and the community in which it operates. When incorrectly disposed, the hazardous chemical elements and heavy metals present in these equipments can contaminate soil, water and food. Due to the importance of this topic, a pedagogical intervention is being proposed with the aim of raising awareness among students of a 3rd year class of the Technical Degree in Electronics at IFAL/Campus Maceió about the importance of correctly disposing electronic devices due to the chemical dangers of an incorrect disposal of this type of equipments. A pedagogical intervention was chosen since it is an applied intervention that allows students to reflect on their ideas in a social and interactive environment along with their teacher and classmates. This intervention proposal will adopt a participatory approach, using a lesson, expository lectures and didactic games as the teaching strategies. This proposal encourages students to become more environmentally aware. Thus, after the intervention it is expected that the students will be aware of the correct disposing of electronic waste and of the chemical dangers of these equipments to human health and to the environment when incorrectly disposed. It is also hoped that the students will use the acquired information in their daily lives and that the proposed intervention will encourage them to pass on the information learned to other people, so that the proposed intervention will also have an impact on the society in general.Item Superação de paradigmas capacitistas e das barreiras atitudinais inerentes à inclusão da pessoa com deficiência(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-20) Silva, Eduardo Patricio da; Souza, Jairo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2483360833627564; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Almeida, Ricardo Santos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5955679764505968This article aimed to propose a pedagogical intervention at the Benedito Bentes Campus of the Federal Institute of Alagoas, based on data gathered from interviews conducted with the Coordinator and a Professor of the "Technical Course in Logistics." The intervention involves incorporating an expository lesson into the course subject "Organizational Behavior," focusing on the essentiality of overcoming ableist paradigms regarding the presence of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. The approach utilized a qualitative case study method, with a bibliographic survey referencing authors Lanchotti (2005), Lippo (2012), Leite (2012), and Mello (2016), as well as field research involving interviews with the Coordinator and a Professor from the mentioned course. The collected data underwent analysis using an inductive method during the academic year of 2023. The interviewees revealed that a significant challenge lies in breaking entrenched ableist paradigms rooted in society's history, as an individual's development transcends institutional capacities, encompassing various aspects such as physical (or physiological), emotional, spiritual, and complex domains including family, social, socioeconomic contexts, among others.
