Item 3D School: Desenvolvendo estratégias Maker para estudantes do ensino técnico integrado do curso eletrotécnica Campus Pesqueira – IFPE(2025-04-09) Alcantara, Eurlles Canuto de; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3464358663007696; Pontes, Edel Alexandre Silva; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9782-8458; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3143006785845985; Moraes Junior, Edison Camilo de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8234380347792761; Santos, Nádson Araújo dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6038242905803170This dissertation investigates the introduction of Maker Culture in the context of integrated technical education in electrotechnics, aiming to transdisciplinarily integrate curricular content and explore the potential of emerging technologies such as 3D printing. The research stems from the observed need to connect the theoretical knowledge studied by students with practical and contemporary applications as a way to increase engagement and promote more meaningful learning. The study is justified by the researcher’s experience at the Federal Institute of Science and Technology of Pernambuco (IFPE), Pesqueira campus, where a possible gap was identified in students’ direct contact with emerging technologies like 3D printing, despite the relevance of these tools to the field of electrotechnics. Additionally, the research addresses the issue of knowledge fragmentation, exploring the concepts of multidisciplinarity, interdisciplinarity, and primarily transdisciplinarity, advocating the latter as an approach capable of integrating different fields of knowledge in the learning process. The central problem of this dissertation lies in how to incorporate Maker Culture transdisciplinarily into the integrated technical electrotechnics course at IFPE, Pesqueira campus. The general objective is to identify ways to implement Maker Culture from this perspective, using emerging technologies. The specific objectives include allowing students to explore creativity and develop soft skills through teamwork, creating 3D-printed objects to assemble a scaled-down micro wind turbine, and finally, developing a didactic sequence that systematizes the process. It is believed that the Maker Culture approach, by stimulating experimentation and the practical application of knowledge, can promote meaningful learning, bridging the gap between theory and real-world applications, and preparing students for the technological challenges of the 21st century. The dissertation also highlights the importance of meaningful learning, based on Ausubel’s theory, as a key element in transforming the educational process. In summary, this research seeks to contribute to the modernization of technical education by proposing an innovative pedagogical approach that values creativity, collaboration, and the practical application of knowledge through the integration of Maker Culture and transdisciplinarity into the electrotechnics course at IFPE Pesqueira. The development of the didactic sequence aims to materialize this proposal, serving as a resource for future implementations and studies in the field.Item A formação de professores para a educação inclusiva no ensino técnico: legislação e diretrizes(2022) Souza, Jairo José de; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; Santos; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; Santos, Adriana Cavalcanti dos; Lima, André Sueldo Tavares deThe issue of people with disabilities is a prominent debate in society, despite there are affirmative public policies, such as quotas for PCDs in the selection of vacancies in public schools and even in vacancies for private companies. The educational issue on the inclusion of this audience still involves improvisation, either institutional or personal, of each educator. While it is still a challenge to include students in professional education following legal regulations, this project aims to investigate, analyze and discuss the issue of inclusion of students with specific needs, in addition to diagnosing compliance with legislation, guidelines and policies for inclusive education at the Federal Institute of Alagoas - IFAL, and investigate the meaning that inclusive education gains in the practice of educators in the classroom; getting to know, through the speeches of the interviewed educators, as an experience of living with students with specific needs in the classroom; investigate how this inclusion process can generate new didactic-pedagogical practices for these educators; and propose an educational product in the form of a booklet that guides managers and teachers on good practices regarding the inclusion of students with specific needs and after the collection of data that were used and triangulated and that served in a complementary way to create a second product educational in application format, where the booklet is displayed online and accessible to everyone. This topic has been widely debated by scholars of education, psychology and psych pedagogy, since the inclusion of students with disabilities, whether physical, mental, auditory, visual, or others, has been an increasingly constant reality in teaching classrooms. basic and superior. The research is methodologically based on the qualitative method and as a data collection instrument the semi-structured interview, carried out with eleven IFAL teachers who have students with specific needs in their classrooms. The theoretical framework adopted here is that of Socio-Historical Psychology, which sees subjects as active, social and historical. The results indicated that educational products allowed greater exhibition of the theme about inclusive education in technical education and compliance with legislation, policy guidelines and proposals at IFAL, in addition to providing an interest of teachers in joining the use of educational products in classes with to students with specific educational needs, as the interaction with the application can be a potential tool for dealing with problems related to accessibility in the teaching of students with specific educational needs.Item Book Trailer: uma ferramenta de aprendizagem significativa para desenvolver a competência leitora por meio da multimodalidade e da tradução intersemiótica(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2025-04-25) Santos, Verônica Ribeiro dos; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3464358663007696; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3464358663007696; Lima, Antônio Carlos Santos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/8646424835026554; Santos, Nádson Araújo dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6038242905803170This study aimed to investigate the pedagogical potential of the book trailer—a short video inspired by the logic of movie trailers—as a didactic tool for developing reading competence in the context of professional and technological education. The research was conducted with students from a technical course integrated into high school at the Federal Institute of Bahia, through the application of a didactic sequence composed of six workshops. Grounded in theories of multimodal reading, multiliteracies, intersemiotic translation, intermediality, active methodologies, and meaningful learning, the study analysed how literary mediation through digital information and communication technologies can promote more meaningful, critical, and contextualized reading practices. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analysed using coding and thematic analysis, from which three main themes emerged: (1) understanding multimodal language and intersemiotic translation; (2) the use of digital technologies in literature teaching; and (3) experience with active methodologies and meaningful learning. The results indicated that the book trailer appears to foster student engagement, increase interest in literary reading, and enable meaning-making through the articulation of linguistic, aesthetic, and technological resources. The research also highlights the challenges of implementing such practices in public education contexts, including material and time constraints, but suggests feasible paths for their replication and expansion. It is concluded that the book trailer, as a practice of reading and intersemiotic translation, can contribute to reading skills in technological education, aligning with the contemporary demands of critical and multimodal education.Item Guias didáticos para o ensino de turismo acessível: reflexões a partir de problemas sobre a legislação referente às pessoas com deficiência e a acessibilidade(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2020-12-17) Fialho, Claudia Suzana Correia Lima; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3464358663007696This research deals with the teaching of accessible tourism, based on legislation related to people with disabilities, within the scope of Professional and Technological Education, supported by the Problem Based Learning (PBL) methodology and the precepts of action research. The research intends to promote spaces for reflection on the theme and, for that, it has developed two educational products: “Guia de Estudos de Turismo Acessível” (Accessible Tourism Studies Guide) and Turismo Acessível: guia de orientações para professores” (Accessible Tourism: guidance for teachers) in order to assist students and teachers in the process teaching-learning. In the investigation, we opted for a qualitative and quantitative approach, using documentary research and questionnaires for the initial diagnosis of the profile of the participants, being students of the discipline Legislation Applied in Tourism, of the third year of the high school technical course integrated in tourisn guide of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL), Campus Marechal Deodoro. For the final evaluation of the educational product, the following were used: the questionnaire, observation and collective collaboration, in addition to questionnaires for the recognition of accessibility conditions in hotels and museums in Maceió and Marechal Deodoro. The results indicate that most students did not know the topic, but were interested in studying it; that the adopted methodology facilitated learning and that the educational product helped students to reflect on the proposed theme. They also show that hotels and museums still need to make efforts to be accessible; therefore, there is space and relevance for the application of the educational product, which will contribute to the adequate training of future professionals and citizens sensitive to the challenge of implementing accessibility for all. The abundant and radical changes that have taken place in wo rk processes have been a source of physical and emotional strai n. The recognized income inequality that characterizes the Brazilian social str ucture directly reflects on health conditions. Thus, whe n interpreting reality according to historical dialectical materialism, it is clear that adolescents and young people, wh o a re included in this social context, are directly affected by the problem. La w 9394/96, when establishing the guidelines and bases of Brazilian education, states that high school should take place as an integrated education, which develops the individual in all its dimensions. Understanding that the role of nursing at school contri butes to the permanence and successful completion of stude nts, it was decided to use the Theory of Tides as a tool to prevent and support anxiety disorders in high school studen ts. O bjective To investigate the presence of anxiety disorders in High School students at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, as well as the existence of guidance material for monitoring such situations, in order to build an educational product that collabo rat es with the practice of mental health care by Nursing team of the Federal Ne twork for Professional, Scientific and Technological Educatio n. Methodology: This work takes action research as a research technique, as it aims to improve the context of anxiet y disorders at Ifal. As a methodological tool for diagnosis, a semi structured questionnaire was used with nurses to observe initial and contin uing education related to mental health and their perception of the implementation of a theoretical and procedura l m odel aimed at this area. These data were subjected to Bardin's content analy sis and indicated as a result that a procedural theoretical model aimed at mental health can strengthen nursing ca re. Results : In the diagnostic research, 11 nurses participated ; 1 00% reported meeting mental health demands. Regarding the most attended diso rder, 100% reports that anxiety prevails. In 72.7% of the Campis there is the presence of professional ps ychologists, a fact that did not significantly reduce the attendance of nur ses for this demand. Most teenagers remain undiagnosed and when they do, the y do not always get care in the Health Care Network. Most nu rses (90.9%) report having studied the mental health discipline, but not always they feel fully prepared to care for mental disorders. All professionals agree on the need for training in mental he alth and strive to expand knowledge on the subject. Most do n ot know the Theory of Tides, but believe tha t a theoretical and procedural model can contribute to nursing practice. Fi nal considerations: The Theory of Tides represents an important possibility for nursing care in mental health. The lack of homogeneity in n ursing care in the school environment requ ires innovative practices capable of recognizing risk situations, develo pin g early diagnoses and generating interventions that provide positive results for adolescents and young people. For this, the Tide Theory Gu ide was created.Item Robôcactus: uma proposta para a prática de lógica de programação por meio da Robótica Educacional e da plataforma Arduino na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica.(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-04-16) Ramos, Bruno Amorim; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3464358663007696; Melo, Beatriz Medeiros de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1917141765879918; Pinto, Ig Ibert Bittencourt SantanaThe present research aims to present the results of the application of the educational product Robocactus as a tool for praxis in Professional and Technological Education (EFA), illustrating the reality of the educational product before the pandemic of COVID-19, in a face-to-face setting through a workshop, and also during the pandemic with the use of virtual resources in Distance Education (DL). For this, the use of the theoretical and methodological apparatus of educational robotics and the Arduino platform was deemed necessary. This work used the methodology of participant-action research and the active methodologies of Inverted Classroom (SAI) and Project Based Learning (ABP). Given the difficulties and lack of motivation of students in the programming logic component, a methodology was developed that aims to mitigate the dichotomy between theory and practice, allowing a glimpse to contribute to the formation of critical thinking and technical knowledge of the student, which are important factors for human and professional development in the 21st century. The data survey relied on the application of semi-structured questionnaires. Finally, content analysis revealed the positive experience of using robotics as a technological motivator in the school environment, as well as the development of broad concepts about robotics, computer programming, and Arduino.Item Solicitude: um podcast sobre a fase preparatória dos pregões eletrônicos nos processos do Ifal – Campus Coruripe(2023) Silva, Enoch Freitas da; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; Moraes, Eduardo Cardoso; Cunha Júnior, Arnaldo Tenório da; Pacheco, Auxiliadora Baraldi; Castilho, Fabio Francisco de AlmeidaThis dissertation investigated the performance of the servants who work in the preparatory phase of electronic trading processes at the Federal Institute of Alagoas - IFAL - Coruripe Campus.
