Putting into practice the knowledge learned here is fundamental for growing professional and personal development, as they will be able to give new meaning to the importance of respect and environmental conservation. Adhering to respect and care for the environment is fundamental, and with this proposal it is expected that there will be a change in habits aimed at a personal and family reduction in the production of “waste”, as well as the development of a mindset focused on recycling waste and promoting environmental sustainability.Item "Como não deixar ninguém para trás?": práticas pedagógicas inclusivas no ensino médio integrado(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-10-09) Souza, Iara Ferreira de; Santos, James Washington Alves dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1497163644785616; Romcy, Priscila de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7365870730704829; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276The present work deals with inclusive pedagogical practices implemented in Sociology classes in the 2nd years of the Integrated High School Courses on Housing and Agroecology at the Federal Institute of Alagoas – Campus Maragogi. The intervention was carried out between May and June 2023 and its objective involved the application of pedagogical strategies that met the needs of students supported by the Nucleus for Assistance to People with Specific Needs (NAPNE). The adaptations and strategies used were small, supported by the elaboration and choice of pedagogical materials and the possibility for students to choose the options for delivering the activities. I conclude that the teaching strategies applied in the intervention were inclusive, but without being discriminatory and that inclusion begins when the teacher plans the lessons and the evaluation is end of the process.Item Educação e escola inclusiva(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-22) Batista, Carlos Augusto; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; : http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276; Santos, José Roberto Nunes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2776939893721016Inclusive education is a relevant and challenging topic in contemporary educational discussions. The results show that school dropout in the population investigated is multifactorial in nature, with a predominance of causes of socio-economic, technological and organizational origin. As a strategy for solving the problem condition, a plan with mitigation and correction actions was proposed, with the objective of understanding and preventing the causes that promote school dropout.Item Estratégias metodológicas ativas para o novo ensino médio com adoção da educação híbrida(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-02-22) Neves, Viviana Marta; Montes, Valéria Alves; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5919342770529560; Silva, Adriana Thiara de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4935946410790184; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276The present study has the general objective of reflecting on hybrid teaching and active strategies and methodologies as important pedagogical proposals in the face of current technological demands for the new high school; in addition to specific objectives such as: identifying active methodological strategies that positively impact the learning process of students in emergency remote teaching; encourage teachers and students to develop the ability to absorb content in an autonomous and participatory manner; present educational references on active methodologies, address how hybrid education can use active methodologies in the classroom, enabling the teaching and learning process to become more effective in the student's school life. For its development, a research was carried out on articles published in the last ten years, covering the years 2012 to 2022, and the application of a questionnaire with pedagogues who coordinate teams of teachers in Secondary and Technical Education to understand how schools and teachers are being prepared to deal with active technologies in the classroom. It was observed that hybrid teaching and the presence of new technologies are already a reality in the schools surveyed, but greater investment in continuing teacher training and technological equipment is essential for active methodologies under the new information and communication technologies. – ICTs are routine in the educational environment.Item A inclusão da cultura maker no ensino médio como ferramenta didática(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-10-06) Farias, José Lucas; Dias Júnior, Maurício Vieira; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4567-7974; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7559926762884507; Barros, Emmanuella Farias de Almeida; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5434-5723; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4993497631882133; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276This work refers to how to introduce maker culture in high school, which brings with it the concept of DIY (do it yourself), which encourages people to take responsibility for their own constructions, repairs and projects, allowing them to learn new skills, express creativity and promote a more conscious lifestyle. Exploratory research into maker culture is a comprehensive and stimulating study that aims to understand and analyze this innovative and growing movement. This study aims to explore and investigate the main aspects of maker culture, including its origins, practices and implications when applied in secondary schools. With this exploratory research, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of the debate and identify the different ways in which maker culture is influencing areas such as education. The maker culture brings several benefits to students who use this tool, such as: improvements in creativity, agility in problem solving, interdisciplinary learning, increased logical reasoning and teamwork. In order to include maker culture in high school as a teaching tool, we must go through some specific objectives such as: using computational tools, building prototypes based on theoretical disciplines and enabling the inclusion of maker culture in education by contributing with manuals, tools and research that provided the basis to explore the hypothesis that if maker culture is used in high school it will bring significant benefits to these students. The research application methodology was carried out using samples of high school students, data collection took place through questionnaires about the benefits brought by the maker culture in their academic life and the student's personal perception of the learning generated. With the qualitative data collected through questionnaires, it was possible to analyze them and observe the results that were significant, highlighting the efficiency of the maker culture introduced in education and the benefits brought by its application.Item Intervenção pedagógica com aplicação de projeto de extensão com alunos de um curso de ciências contábéis(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-02) Lopes, Heliane Maria Santos da Guia; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276; Santos, Jose Roberto Nunes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2776939893721016This Final Course Completion Work carried out a pedagogical intervention through the application of an extension project with graduating students from the accounting sciences course at a college in Maceió, where this work was carried out with the idea of being able to support small entrepreneurs, with the intention of minimizing doubts and non-compliance with government regulations, this form of activity was developed together with students through face-to-face and remote meetings, students learned to explore government platforms to have all the capabilities to develop For this task, the students who participated in the development of the project had to understand that by practicing the theory that was studied in the classroom, they were able to absorb content in an even more effective way. Thus, in order to mitigate this problem, this work carried out an intervention with the students of the 2nd year of the technical course in Network of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL) and showed the importance of using the concept of Cellular Automata (CA) in the interdisciplinarity of content involving mathematics. In this circumstance, this work also presented the students with a CA simulator, the AutomatoLab, which made it possible for them to perform tests in the simulator and respond to a qualitative survey about the tool and the use of CAs. The research result showed that most students believe that prior knowledge about CAs is necessary to use this type of technology, but that this type of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDIC) can help some students to become interested in the subject addressedItem Intervenção pedagógica: apresentando o curso técnico em secretário escolar(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-02) Albuquerque Junior, Francisco Carlos de; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276; Santos, José Roberto Nunes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2776939893721016The National Catalogue of Technical Courses (CNCT) lists several courses in a wide range of areas, including the Technical Course in School Secretarial, which has been growing in demand from a wide range of people: students who are still finishing high school, undergraduates and postgraduates, workers in public and private schools, liberal professionals, workers in general, as well as people who have been out of school for some time and are looking for qualifications to enter the world of work. In 2022, the Alagoas State Department of Education (SEDUC/AL) launched a selection process with vacancies on a number of courses, including the School Secretary Technician course, where 250 (two hundred and fifty) students were selected. Because of this great demand for the course, a pedagogical intervention proposal was drawn up, the aim of which is to introduce the technical school secretarial course to the students of this course in order to clarify the main points of professional performance. This pedagogical intervention proposal presents a detailed description of how to achieve its objectiveItem RecomendaTEC: um sistema de recomendação para o auxílio de estudantes do ensino médio na escolha de um curso na educação profissional e tecnológica(2023-12-13) Cavalcante, Damares da Silva; Dias Júnior, Maurício Vieira; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4567-7974; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7559926762884507; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276; Bezerra, Rosivânia Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5585915585256487In the globalized world in which we live, the amount of accessible information has become infinite in content, modality and forms of access. The process of choosing among so many options becomes humanly difficult, which is why forms of filters have emerged both in online search engines and in textual and multimedia content hosting platforms. The study of students' best learning possibilities is a field present within the issues of Educational Psychology. Recommender systems began to gain space within the scope of education due to the possibility of bringing advantages to students in different aspects. The departure of high school students to professional technical education at a technical level or higher becomes a challenge, given that choosing an area of activity implies a choice that will have repercussions throughout their lives. The general objective of the research is to propose a recommendation system model for choosing courses to help students make better decisions based on extrinsic and intrinsic characteristics of the student. The research will use data from students' entire basic education records and a profile questionnaire based on the RIASEC model. The recommendation system will use content-based filtering and collaborative filtering algorithms. As future work, we intend to implement the model for the development of a tool for application with two levels of students: (1) they are attending high school; and (2) students who completed high school more than 1 year ago. With the results of the application, it will be possible to determine the level of effectiveness of the proposed solution.
