Item Avaliação do consumo de leite e derivados lácteos por alunos do curso subsequente do Campus Satuba(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2025-08-29) Santos, Tereza Leticia da Silva; Lyra, Daniele Gomes de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5731038200690699; Lima, Marciara Lúcia dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7363169253014822; Silva, Tâmara Lúcia dos Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7697002445483904Milk and dairy products are important sources of nutrients in the human diet, providing high biological value proteins, calcium, and essential vitamins. This study aims to investigate the milk and dairy product consumption habits among students enrolled in the post-secondary technical course at the IFAL– Satuba Campus. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire that addressed aspects such as student profile (age, gender, income, and place of residence), preferences and frequency of milk and dairy consumption, and factors influencing this consumption. The questionnaire was created using the Google Forms platform, resulting in 50 responses, which represent 61.7% of the enrolled students. The results revealed the following profile of the respondents: 54% identified as female, 64% reported a household income of up to one minimum wage, and 60% reside in rural areas of the state. Regarding the type of milk most consumed, powdered milk was preferred by 72% of respondents. In terms of fat content, whole milk accounted for 84% of preferences. UHT milk showed low consumption within this group (22%). As for raw milk, 22% of the respondents reported consuming it at least once a week. The predominant form of milk consumption was with coffee (50%). Among dairy products, butter was the most consumed, and mozzarella was the most preferred cheese, with 54% of the responses. Only 4% reported not consuming milk at all. The most considered factors during purchase were brand and price, while the expiration date was the main criterion when choosing the product. Thus, the data indicate that among students in the post-secondary Agriculture course at IFAL – Satuba Campus, the predominant choice is whole powdered milk, which aligns with the researchers' expectations. However, the study also revealed a still frequent consumption of raw milk, which raises concerns regarding food safety. It is known that the consumption of unpasteurized milk remains common in rural areas of the country, which may explain this finding. Therefore, it is essential to develop awareness- raising actions aimed at the academic community to highlight the health risks associated with the consumption of raw milk.Item Entre a lente e o espelho: escrevivência e resistência no cinema negro alagoano(2025-07-28) Ferreira , Alicia Poliana; Correia, Rosa Lucia Lima da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9775839823387728; Pimenta, Laura Nayara; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1708501733558544; Martins, Rosiane Ferreira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/742635534836446This article presents an autoethnographic account of the experience of a Black lesbian woman in the audiovisual field in Alagoas, based on the perspective of escrevivência (Evaristo, 2020). The analysis reveals that access to training and production spaces still occurs in an exceptional manner, conditioned by symbolic, racial, and socioeconomic barriers. The narrative includes participation in a collective filming with Indigenous communities, enrollment in an audiovisual training course, and the production of an authorial short film, experiences mediated by Black solidarity networks and marked by challenges of legitimacy in predominantly white spaces. The account engages with concepts of intersectionality, structural racism, and cultural resistance, showing how audiovisual production functions as a site of symbolic dispute, memory affirmation, and the construction of historically marginalized identities. Finally, the study highlights the need for structural policies that ensure full inclusion and permanence of historically excluded subjects.Item Estudo comparativo de ferramentas de projeto entre o CAD tradicional e a modelagem BIM sob o ponto de vista da aprendizagem dos alunos nos cursos de engenharia civil e arquitetura no Estado de Alagoas(2021-03-04) Guerra, Luciana da Rocha Melo; Ferro, Márcio Robério da Costa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2480382178623363; Santos, Odair Jose Silva dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0102447684156796; Barboza, Beatriz Ramos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0880777552450659The Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, in recente decades, has been resorting to the use of graphics software to optimize project development processes. The revolution in the project market in the areas of engineering and architecture took place with the development and expansion of graphic software, starting in the 60's. Computer Aided Design (CAD) was the precursor software that allowed the migration of manual projects to the computer. Over the years, the software has been improving and currently there is the Building Information Modeling - Building Information Modeling (BIM), an integrated technology of various software that ranges from the design phase to the construction process as a whole. These graphics software are commonly included in the menus of undergraduate courses in Civil Engineering and Architecture. Since the CAD software and the BIM system software present differences in terms of available resources and acquisition cost, a survey of Higher Education Institutions (IES) that offer these courses in the State of Alagoas was carried out in order to identify which of these software are most used today. For this, contact was established with the coordinators of the respective courses and an electronic form was sent regarding the use of graphic software in the curricular components. A tendency to use CAD system software was diagnosed, followed by BIM system software, with AutoCAD and Revit standing out, considering that they are the most common in the market, in addition to being made available free of charge to students by the IES registered with the AutoDesk. The IES claimed to dialogue with the labor market to understand the demands of the sector and seek to train professionals with the profile necessary for current trends. It was also discussed with the IES about the importance of prioritizing the incorporation of graphic software innovations in the Political- Pedagogical Project of the courses and they showed to be engaged in this innovation process.Item Leitura e escrita na educação de jovens e adultos(2023-09-12) Silva, Jeovânio da; Brasileiro, Regina Maria de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4146119273576569; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513; Bastos, Alexandre Fleming Vasques; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7239157167819125The education is a basic and mandatory principle, as foreseen in the Federal Constitution of 1988, in the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education no 9.394/96. Therefore, it is necessary to guarantee a quality education for all people so that students can achieve their professional, ethical and moral goals as citizens. Education breaks barriers and makes knowledge reach the most different places and reach the most varied social profiles, in addition, education is the only way to combat inequality. The Education of Youth and Adults (EJA) in Brazil emerged through Decree no 6093 of April 24, 2007, whose objective was to make literacy something universal for everyone who did not start the literacy process or to those who did not complete their studies in a timely manner. And appropriate age. Lack of perspective in professional life and the need to work are just some of the difficulties encountered by students who arrive or who have not managed to reach the conclusion of their studies, adding that these perspectives and needs lead to school dropout and return to the process of Literacy has several psychological consequences, especially for those who are already at na advanced age, having to restart literacy practices.Item Práticas de multiletramentos no ensino fundamental: o uso do aplicativo fotos narradas para refletir sobre problemas sociais(2025-05-27) Santos, Wanderclebson Teixeira dos; Maia, Willianice Soares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0338504323994119; Ávila, Fábio Geraldo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5555689965117482; Claudionor Ferreira Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6155010171957004This work emerges from an experience lived in the context of the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID), between 2018 and 2019, subproject Letras-Português, at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas (Ifal), Campus Maceió. The action, which assumes a qualitative approach, proposes to investigate the narrative paths accessed by students of the Final Years of Elementary School, of the Municipal Public Education Network of Santa Luzia do Norte/AL, for the production of narrated photos. Supported by the contributions of Rojo and Moura (2012) on multiliteracies, the text, which reveals itself as a case study, assumes as its main objective the analysis of the teaching experience in the field school, taking as reference aspects focused on the orality and criticality of students regarding the use of technologies in their teaching-learning process. The results achieved highlight the need to invest in actions that adopt multimodalities of meaning production in the classroom, in order to enhance students' education.Item Programação linear: da engenharia de produção à sala de aula(2025-06-16) Gonçalves, Alisson de Melo; Nunes , Hugo Santos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4304337631466259; Nascimento, Arlyson Alves do; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9395417554768580; Melo, Enaldo Vieira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1041528154664700This Final Undergraduate Paper aims to analyze Linear Programming (LP) from two perspectives: its application in Production Engineering and its integration into high school as a didactic tool. Initially, the theoretical foundations of Operational Research and Linear Programming are presented, highlighting their historical and practical relevance for resource optimization, profit maximization, and decision-making in productive environments. From this basis, the graphical method for solving LP problems with two variables and the mathematical modeling involved in this process are explored. In the second part of the study, a didactic sequence was developed and implemented for 3rd-year high school students at Colégio Inovar (Atalaia-AL), using active methodologies and technological tools such as GeoGebra and Excel Solver. The proposal included introductory lessons, group activities, and the resolution of contextualized problems, focusing on developing students’ logical reasoning and decision-making skills. The analysis of the results revealed a significant improvement in students’ performance and an increased interest in mathematics, especially when they recognized the applicability of Linear Programming in real-life situations. The data collected through practical activities and student feedback indicated that the use of digital technologies in teaching LP facilitates the visualization of concepts and contributes to a more meaningful and interactive learning experience. It is concluded that Linear Programming, in addition to being an essential tool in Production Engineering, can be successfully integrated into the school context, provided that appropriate pedagogical strategies are adopted to bring students closer to real-world applications and professional environments.Item Rosa, Rosinha: meninas e poesia(2025-04-11) Silva, Maria Telma Celestino da; Maia, Willianice Soares; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0338504323994119; Saraiva, Luciano Mendes; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7696156504382828; Silva, Ari Denisson da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0863504643409677This article aims to discuss the work developed in a socio-educational environment for underage female youth. The project, titled "About Girls, Poetry, and Springs: Reading and Creative Writing Workshops in a Female Socio-educational Unit," was an extension activity linked to the curricularization of extension in the Bachelor’s Degree in Letters course at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, Maceió Campus. The project’s purpose was to promote reading and writing activities across various genres to support the socio-educational process of the young women, as well as to provide moments of aesthetic sensitivity and imaginative involvement through their own textual creations. Throughout this process, the project sought to encourage reflection on oneself and others, recognizing oneself as a social subject and developing empathy based on personal and others’ stories. Using a qualitative action-research methodology, the article outlines the socio-educational system, presenting a historical overview of the juvenile penal code and relevant legislation such as the 1988 Federal Constitution, the Child and Adolescent Statute, CONANDA Resolution 119 (2006), and Law 12,594 (2012) establishing SINASE – the National System of Socio-educational Assistance. Next, the project’s activities with the youth are summarized. The discussion draws on authors addressing socio-education, such as Souza (2014), and others focusing on literature and education, like Soares (2009) and Cosson (2015). A brief description of the practices with the girls is provided. Finally, it is concluded that the project was significant both for the undergraduate students of the Letters course, who learned alongside the socio-educandas, and for the young participants, resulting in mutual exchange and diverse learning experiences.
