This paper addresses the theme the of education for people with disabilities from the perspective of the school manager, where a survey will be conducted in the administration of the Manoel de Matos School, located in Santana do Mundaú/Alagoas, on the social inclusion of students with disabilities. The objective of this study was to promote social inclusion in public education in the city of Santana do Mundaú, aiming to highlight the problem with students with physical and mental disabilities. Iti was necessary to research whether the school administration is able to meet all the rights of people with disabilities, due to the increase in students with disabilities taking part in school life, sharing the same classroom space with other children and adolescents of the same age group, the interested in conducting this research. Three research sources were used for its preparation: bibliography, electronic sources, and field research.. Data collection will be through unstructured interviews and observation. The analysis method will be to organize all the data collected to achieve the research objective.

This article aims to investigate the various manifestations about public administration in quilombola communities. Where in a societyalways inacceleratedtransformation. In Brazil, over the last decade, two specific programs aimed at black communities were created: the Brasil Quilombola Program (PBQ) and the national plan for sustainable development of traditional communities. Public policies are articulated strategic actions in which the government adoptsthem in searchfor meeting collectiveinterests, in thatwayrecognizing Quilombola Rights. This is how the historical analysis of public policies aimed at Brazilian quilombola communities is carried out.

After an atypical scenario for which the entire world needed to plan, which was the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the educational sector needed to adapt to the changes caused by this pandemic. This article seeks, through exploratory research, to analyze the impacts caused in the strategic planning of the state school in the municipality of Ibateguara, in the state of Alagoas. The methodology to be used will be a semi-structured interview with a qualitative analysis, and also the verification of minutes of the students' final results through quantitative analysis. It is worth highlighting the importance of an analysis of the difficulties that were encountered through the plans prepared, as well as the methods used to try to resolve them, and how education was affected or not due to this. Through this study it was possible to understand the importance of developing strategic planning, in addition to providing strategic visions for a possible future atypical scenario.

This course conclusion work aims to develop an interior design project of a closet of an adult woman located in a residential environment in the city of Maceió-AL. Therefore, it was necessary to understand the historical aspects of "storing" elements of clothing, checking how this process has been modified over time and how furniture is currently thought to meet the needs of users. In order to design a place that combines functionality with aesthetics, we sought in the principles of ergonomics the guidelines for the correct sizing of the various spaces, In an attempt to create a place that could accommodate in a versatile way objects and various pieces of clothing of the users. In this sense, it was also sought to verify how the organization of the closets and the role of the personal Organizer occurs, as a professional who helps, customizes and complements the organization of the furniture designed by the designer for these environments. Taking advantage of this theoretical basis, the design methodologies in interior design and product were used from the investigation of the needs, desires and physical characteristics of the users of the space, proposing solutions that balance aesthetics and having as final result a closet. Thus, we sought to elaborate a personalized and versatile closet, centered on the user of the space, where he can choose, according to his needs and desires, the compartments (drawers, niches for accessories, shelves, shoe racks, hives) and their ways of use.

Primary care is the main gateway and communication center of the health care network. At this level of care, to provide a set of health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, collective activities play a fundamental role, as they consolidate the construction of the care network and influence popular participation in health promotion. Thus, the present study aimed to describe the public health services of primary care in the city of Pilar-AL. It also sought to identify the perception of employees regarding the quality of the public health service offered. For this, it adopted a qualitative approach, with a descriptive character, having as a procedure a case study in a unit of the Family Health Strategy of the municipality. With the data analysis it was possible to bring discussions and understandings about the principles offered in the Primary Health Care network in the city of Pilar; present the perception of the servers through the quality of services, and point out the positive and negative aspects of the services offered in the unit. Thus, as a suggestion for future studies, the replication of the research in other units in order to highlight the reality of the municipality as a whole. But in the future, replicate in other municipalities.

The present research has as its objective the elaboration of a preliminary study of a commercial project for a children's shoe store; In order to apply visual merchandising techniques along with Montessorian methodology so that the store is a great playground and the child has autonomy to choose and taste the product he wants. The work relied on applied, exploratory and qualitative research methods, together with the project methodology for interior design.

This research aims to discuss the contribution of Emotional Design in interior spaces. It emphasizes the influence of Emotional Design in the inclusion or withdrawal of objects in the Interior Design project and the importance of the human / object relationship in the production of everyday artifacts, called Emotional Design, and how the Designer can conduct his projects focused on the needs of its customers, whether they are Interior Design projects or Product Designs. It is a bibliographical research that investigates the incidence of Emotional Design on the choice of the objects that make up Interior Design. To reach the results beyond bibliographical and on-line research on the subject, reports about the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (starring Audrey Hepburn (Holly Golightly) and George Peppard (Paul Varjak) in 1961) were added to demonstrate the emotional relationship between objects and human beings and how objects accompany people's life history. This study indicated aspects of the relationship with objects that may interfere with or contribute to the design of Interior and Product Design projects, showed the relationship between Interior Design and Emotional Design, which is the element of measure of the client's need for the Designer of Interiors.

Multifunctional furniture - (also called furniture or furniture) - is a product model that has more than one function, whose use can be shared by different individuals or not. Observing the reduction of spaces in current homes and the importance of child development, the main objective of the work is to approach and explore the theme of multifunctionality applied to children's furniture in the bedroom environment, whose main functions are to explore the activities intended for o sleep, play and guard. Therefore, it is proposed to present and analyze the influence based on shapes, colors, style, concept, ergonomics and safety in furniture. The work relied on theoretical and applied research methods, with a qualitative approach; Montessori's conceptions, with comments and theoretical reflection aiming to understand playful and functional furniture for age groups and its influence on the child's development process. In addition, as a design method, Löbach's conceptions were used in the process of creative development and problem solving of this project. As a final result, the design of a multifunctional furniture that explores the playful and enchanted world of the child is presented.

Teaching is something that requires techniques, specific knowledge and, above all, attention to the expectations of what one aims to teach and learn. Military police training is even more specific than training acquired in any other area, having its own very specific practical and theoretical disciplines. The action of the police officer, of the public security operator, is directly linked to his preparation, being, therefore, taught to act in the most extreme situations, to maintain emotional balance and, above all, to respect life, making the correct application of the laws. In this way, public security agents receive instructions with the intention of improving performance standards through robust and consolidated training, in which mistakes and abuses are minimized in the future. The guiding question of the present study was to detect the perception of the military police of the State of Alagoas about standardized professional training. From which secondary issues were addressed, such as: the history of military education in Brazil and Alagoas; the military police according to the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the typical activities of the military police – approach, self-defense and isolation of the crime scene; the Basic Organization Law of the Military Police of Alagoas – Law n.º 6,230, of April 19, 2001 – expose the issue of military education of the Military Police of the State of Alagoas; what the National Guidelines say about military education; how is the reality of the formation of the military police of Alagoas. It will also be seen the explanation of a part of the Decree of the State of Alagoas n° 33376/89, the principle of legal reserve and the perception of the military police on the execution of ostensive policing. And finally, an analysis will be made of the data, obtained by filling out the questionnaire by the military police of the State of Alagoas, via Google Forms; this with the aim of investigating what is the perception of the military police about the existence of a uniformity in the military formation and if the standardization of the modus operandi of doing the ostensible policing can help in the framework of the public security of the State of Alagoas.

Camping is an activity that gain, each day more, importance inside the scope of the ecotourism in the state of Alagoas. Although highly demanded sector there are no well- structured facilities. The Mirante do Talhado camping, located at Delmiro Gouveia city, offer meals to guests on your own place. Although wide open and well ventilated, nevertheless did not offer any comfort to the users. In face of this context, the aim of that work is the development of preliminary study of interior to the creation of a living area and restaurant on the camping, starting from the concepts of ecodesign, whose goal is the reduction of environmental impacts caused by the designing process. It`s about qualitative applied research, whose method make use of techniques and tools from design thinking approach. The research development was split up into four stages. In the first stage was carried out the bibliographic and documentation quest, showing the concepts of ecodesign, ecotourism and adventure tourism; following, in the second stage, was carried out the local immersion, where was been gathered important information’s to the preliminary survey development. The third stage involves the creation of the project briefing, that contains: client profile, target audience, architectural survey and needs analysis. The project briefing set yourself up as ground to the creative process, consisting in: concept, conceptual panel and reference panel. As final product was developed a preliminary survey (fourth stage), whose the proposal gives a cozy room, practical and functional; in accordance with the concepts proposed by the ecodesign.

The study refers to recommendations of a room for a child with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), from the age of 2 and who is at criterion A, according to DSM-5. The objective is to design a room that, through play and the organization of the environment, will promote communication and social interaction. Obtaining a hypothetical-deductive approach presents a project with a new idea, clear principles and scientific language, which could be tested. A typological method of an ideal model for the room was elaborated, with recommendations for a better organization of the space with the aid of the ludic ideias to develop social interaction. The result of a scientific investigation obtained through a bibliographical research of secondary sources that, through a literary review of the professionals in the area and the parents of autistics, served as reference for the elaboration of the project. The result is a preliminary study at initial phase, which presents a zoning with the function of directing the flow, an organization of the furniture, objects and elements that are used in a set that can promote socialization since the beginning of childhood. In conclusion, it presents the importance of an environment focused on the particularities of the child with autism, serving as recommendations to environment and organize a playful room that provides communication and social interaction, with comfort and security.

Within the contributions that indigenous art can make to the Interior Design course, the representation of the perception of the world through images provided with a rich system of composition, synthesis of colors and shapes present in the decorations and utilitarian artifacts produced by the indigenous people motivated the search for information on this matter. In the Interior Design course “there is no greater reference to indigenous plastic manifestations”. In this sense, the objective of this work is to contribute to the theme of ethnodesign through the development of the product project for the valorization of indigenous culture in the context of Interior Design. To this end, stages were initially carried out, the first stage consisting of bibliographic research on indigenous culture, ethnodesign, object gestalt and product design. Then, the design stage was carried out. Finally, the work aims to contribute to reflection on the use of geometric shapes, technological resources (materials used for construction) and non-verbal language (figures and graphics) of indigenous artifacts that assume the decorative and functional value of our daily lives and translate into a lamp a little of the symbolic and plastic richness of this art.

The present research aims to elaborate a project of a residential kitchen and service area at the level of preliminary study, in order to ensure, within the pandemic context, functionality, practicality and safety, as well as to consider the wishes and to emphasize, in space, the identity of the chosen client. The paper included applied, exploratory and qualitative research methods along with the Interior Design project methodology, project preparation, as well as a brief history of residential kitchens and their evolution throughout history and the role of Interior Design in the setting of these spaces in a pandemic context.

The sugar-alcohol industry in Brazil has lately been strong in the market, because it has come to have a great importance for the growth of the country's economy, by generating numerous job opportunities directly and indirectly in the regions, thus providing more income. Most of the regions in Brazil are mostly sugarcane production, and from it there are also other types of products generated, such as energy, ethanol and biogas. But in the face of all this production that is possible through the use of natural resources, society has observed the need to reduce impacts on the environment, since sugarcane is a major source of production, and with this the industries were forced to worry about these issues that involve, in their production, sustainability, so that there is no aggression to the environment. From this the companies of the sugar-alcohol industry were willing to seek a new form of production, and the certifications come precisely to contribute in this process, guiding and leading to follow a whole series of new standards respecting norms, laws and guidelines with regard to the environment, thus raising an environmental preservation and a sustainable development. Thus, the objective of this research was to perform an analysis of the repercussions caused by the adoption of environmental certifications, comparing to environmental certifications in the sugar and alcohol sector, restricting only to Bonsucro and ISO 14001 certifications, taking into account two plants in the state of Alagoas. As a methodology used, a bibliographic survey was carried out, with the application of questionnaires to verify the perception of managers/professionals responsible for the environmental management of sugarcane and alcohol mills. Two plants were selected for the study, one certified and the other not certified. It was concluded that, from the analysis of the questionnaire, the main repercussions are: compliance with applicable and regulatory legislation, control and reduction of environmental impacts, efficient production, greater relationship with stakeholders, image and reputation improvements and access to new markets and businesses.

Environmental Protection Areas are generally extensive areas, with a certain degree of human occupation, endowed with abiotic, biotic, aesthetic or cultural attributes that are especially important for the quality of life and well-being of human populations, and have as their basic objectives protect biological diversity, discipline the occupation process and ensure the sustainability of the use of natural resources, yet. The general objective of this work is to analyze the performance of municipal environmental public management bodies in the APA Serra dos Frios in the Municipality of União dos Palmares - AL. As a methodological strategy, a qualitative and descriptive approach was used, the instruments used were: Bibliographic survey and visit to the municipal secretary of the environment to apply a questionnaire with its leader. According to the results obtained, it was verified that the secretary of Environment of União dos Palmares has been developing inspection and environmental education activities in the municipality and promoted the creation of Ecological Station by means of municipal decree to guarantee environmental protection in the studied municipality.

Environmental inspection is an instrument to guarantee environmental protection and the basic rights of citizens, according to article 225 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, which states that everyone has the right to an ecologically balanced environment. In view of the current context of environmental degradation, environmental management has become increasingly important, being responsible for the administration of economic and social activities in order to rationally use natural resources related to anthropic activities and interventions. In this context, this work aimed to describe the flow of the main actions of environmental inspection, such as the administrative procedure, competences related to the sector, quantitative notification, notice of infraction and complaints developed by the inspection of the public environmental management of the municipality of Maceió, pointing out some related socio-environmental impacts. For that, a research with a qualitative approach was carried out, through a case study at the Secretariat of Environment and Urbanism (SEMURB), which is responsible for environmental inspection in Maceió. So far, the municipality’s supervisory agency actions have been insufficient, highlighting the need for a more efficient, participatory public environmental management with proper compliance with legislation and the use of strategic planning methods. Thus, it is essential to use tools that contribute to making more assertive decisions in relation to the obstacles encountered, making the power of the environmental agency effective. Overall, it is necessary to adopt new practices that lead to significant changes in the quality of environmental management, especially in the inspection process, considering the importance of having a continuous improvement tool that allows for the best results in Public Management Environmental.

Brazil is one of the largest plastic producers in the world, and only 2% of plastics are recycled. On average, in Brazilian cities, solid waste generation is 13.7 million tons, or 64 kilos per person per year. Plastic waste is the most commonly found type of pollutant in the world, accounting for 48.5 percent of the materials that leak into the seas. Around 22 million tons of plastic leak into the environment, such as seas and rivers, as a destination. Concerned about the environment in 1990, Miguel Krigsner, founder of "O Boticário", created the Grupo Boticário Nature Protection Foundation, a non-profit foundation maintained by Grupo Boticário with the mission of promoting and carrying out nature conservation actions. In 2006, "Bote-Recicla" was created, being the largest "Clean packaging" return program in the cosmetics segment in Brazil. In this sense, this research aimed to present how this program positively impacts the environment, especially in Alagoas. To this end, we seek to present the company's direct and indirect actions in our state, highlighting the importance of reverse logistics. From this perspective, we can observe that, by disposing of products correctly, we give the packaging a chance to transform into something that can help not only people in general, but also our planet. Furthermore, it also contributes to the creation of job opportunities for collectors, thus allowing this empty packaging to be full of future.

Excessive energy consumption in large cities for the development of day-to-day activities is an issue portrayed in several studies, with an incentive to conscious use of electric light, especially with regard to indoor lighting. The main objective of this work was to elaborate a candlelight lamp, which could in a functional and practical way, illuminate and partially perfume the place and also make up the interior space with its texture, color, history and sensations, promoting well-being to the user and the environment. With this context, the historical survey of the candle was developed, which over time ceased to be just an illuminating element, being today also considered decorative and welcoming. In addition, a field research was developed to raise the sensations and perceptions of users who use handmade candles, whose complementary study was paramount for understanding and interpreting behaviors and experiences. The last step was the elaboration of the product Candlelight Luminaire, whose creative process, which resulted in its proper development, was based on the Löbach method, enabling the generation of alternatives, which defined the relationship between the practical, aesthetic and symbolic functions of the luminaire. In turn, the present work brought an important reflection on the implications of excessive use of electric light and the consequent need to reduce the luminosity of the environment at night, encouraging the discussion of the theme for further research.

Environmental marketing focuses on promoting products and services, highlighting their sustainable characteristics and positive environmental impact. Through communication strategies, it seeks to attract consumers concerned about ecology, strengthening the company's image of environmental responsibility. The authenticity of the sustainable practices adopted is crucial to the effectiveness of environmental marketing, impacting consumer perception and influencing purchasing decisions favorable to sustainability. This work explores the importance of environmental marketing in contemporary companies, presenting success stories of Brazilian organizations in implementing ecological marketing. Furthermore, it highlights brands in Brazil that adopt this type of marketing, highlighting the positive aspects for companies. The bibliographical research used in this study analyzes communication strategies that emphasize companies' sustainable practices, exploring the interconnection between conscious consumption, social responsibility and consumer perception. The literature highlights the need for authentic environmental actions to build a positive image and attract consumers committed to sustainable values.
