The implementation of the proposal aims to provide students with greater awareness with a view to acting more consciously in the face of environmental problems. Putting into practice the knowledge learned here is fundamental for growing professional and personal development, as they will be able to give new meaning to the importance of respect and environmental conservation. We are feeling the increase in environmental problems in our daily lives. Environmental education therefore plays its part in tackling the environmental crisis, and is committed to changing values, behaviors, feelings and attitudes towards environmental problems. With this in mind, this work is based on the idea of raising awareness among Ecology students in the 2nd year of the Technical Course in the Environment at Ifal/Campus Marechal Deodoro about the problems arising from the improper disposal of solid waste in the coastal environment and encouraging them to come up with solutions to the problem of environmental pollution, with the aim of filling any gaps in their learning. To this end, we opted for a participatory approach using active learning methodology mediated by works as the didactic strategy to be applied in the intervention. This study deals with a proposal for a pedagogical intervention that aims at the importance of inclusion. The paper also highlights that promoting inclusion can lead to a more fair, tolerant and egalitarian society. The overall goal of this paper was to develop a pedagogical intervention proposal to work on inclusive education and school with students of technical education in administration. It's concluded that the inclusive school is an important path to providing education quality for adults and young people; allowing that all individuals have equal opportunities to access knowledge and personal development. In that respect, the proposed pedagogical intervention highlights the importance of public policies that support and strengthen inclusive education, as well as the main role of students and educators in making welcoming and inclusive educational environments.Item Formação continuada na gestão turística do município de Pilar (AL)(2022-02-09) Santos, Priscila Pereira; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Almeida, Ricardo Santos de; Silva, Sibele Castro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3039101003188818The transition of tourism from marginal economic activity to structural economic activity raises the need to leave amateurism and invest in professional qualification in all aspects of the activity, from planning to operationalization. In this sense, and in view of the current tourist dynamics in the municipality of Pilar, in Alagoas, the following question was asked: the continued training of professionals from the Municipal Department of Tourism and Events of Pilar, Alagoas, presents itself as a strategy to promote tourist development? Faced with this research problem, the objective of this work is to offer and analyze the effects of professional tourism qualification on the team of professionals from the Municipal Department of Tourism and Events of Pilar with regard to interpersonal relationships and service to the public and during the process of elaboration of the Plan of Tourism Development. The methodological path of this research was Action Research. For Nunes and Infante (1996), Action Research can be understood as a consulting methodology because it articulates formal and informal knowledge in the solution of organizational problems. The application of the action research started in July 2021 and in December 2021, when it was completed, there was a noticeable change in the behavior of the servers, in the survey of offers of services and equipment related to tourism and in the narrowing of ties with recognized institutions in the promotion of tourism.Item Intervenção pedagógica com aplicação de projeto de extensão com alunos de um curso de ciências contábéis(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-02) Lopes, Heliane Maria Santos da Guia; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Ataide, Walker Araújo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6633919671327276; Santos, Jose Roberto Nunes dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2776939893721016This Final Course Completion Work carried out a pedagogical intervention through the application of an extension project with graduating students from the accounting sciences course at a college in Maceió, where this work was carried out with the idea of being able to support small entrepreneurs, with the intention of minimizing doubts and non-compliance with government regulations, this form of activity was developed together with students through face-to-face and remote meetings, students learned to explore government platforms to have all the capabilities to develop For this task, the students who participated in the development of the project had to understand that by practicing the theory that was studied in the classroom, they were able to absorb content in an even more effective way. In 2022, the Alagoas State Department of Education (SEDUC/AL) launched a selection process with vacancies on a number of courses, including the School Secretary Technician course, where 250 (two hundred and fifty) students were selected. Because of this great demand for the course, a pedagogical intervention proposal was drawn up, the aim of which is to introduce the technical school secretarial course to the students of this course in order to clarify the main points of professional performance. When incorrectly disposed, the hazardous chemical elements and heavy metals present in these equipments can contaminate soil, water and food. Due to the importance of this topic, a pedagogical intervention is being proposed with the aim of raising awareness among students of a 3rd year class of the Technical Degree in Electronics at IFAL/Campus Maceió about the importance of correctly disposing electronic devices due to the chemical dangers of an incorrect disposal of this type of equipments. A pedagogical intervention was chosen since it is an applied intervention that allows students to reflect on their ideas in a social and interactive environment along with their teacher and classmates. This intervention proposal will adopt a participatory approach, using a lesson, expository lectures and didactic games as the teaching strategies. This proposal encourages students to become more environmentally aware. Thus, after the intervention it is expected that the students will be aware of the correct disposing of electronic waste and of the chemical dangers of these equipments to human health and to the environment when incorrectly disposed.
