The general objective of this research is to analyze how the gamification applied to the digital game that addresses concepts of Astronomy, can contribute to the teaching and learning of students of the 6th year of EF (elementary School). As specific objectives we have the development of a game built on the Scratch platform to address basic concepts of Astronomy in a playful and interactive way, the proposal of a gamified lesson plan on basic concepts of Astronomy for students of the 6th year of Elementary School using the educational product elaborated as the main didactic resource, and finally, to analyze the adequacy of the game, observing its possibilities for the understanding of contents: the observation of the sky, instruments and astronomical models. The game has a course of houses with different levels and different themes, such as the Earth, the Sun, the Moon, the planets of the solar system, the stars and the galaxies. Each house has questions and challenges related to the theme, which must be solved by the player in order to move on to the next house. The methodology deals with the characterization of the research, the research analysis material, the research organization and the analysis and discussion of the data, thus showing the results achieved, through all the elaboration of the educational product, the proposition of the lesson plan and the pedagogical analyzes carried out.Item Dificuldades Encontradas por Estudantes Brasileiros nas Aulas de Física do Ensino Médio: Investigação sobre Práticas Experimentais em Escolas Públicas(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-06-15) Silva, Samara Karolynne Vieira da; Oliveira, Marcos Henrique Abreu de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7597524437699021; Costa, Alex Emanuel Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2231272728491909; Matsumoto, Ederson Monteiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2871962608536791This present work is a qualitative bibliographic research and aims to highlight the deficiencies in Physics Teaching for the high school level, evidenced in some national publications, especially regarding the experimental practices. Thus, based on the research carried out, it was found that there is a certain lack of interest on the part of students regarding the subject of Physics in public schools, which is pointed out by several authors. Some of them state that the factors contributing to this deficiency range from teacher training to students' difficulties in understanding the subject, to the need for public educational policies that promote better working conditions for teachers. Therefore, a direct consequence of the problems raised is an evident prejudice in the teaching-learning process of Physics since many students show a lack of affinity and motivation towards this subject. In this perspective, the conceptual framework of Ausubel's significant learning is highlighted, taking into consideration the importance of organizing the time of the classes with space for the students to show the knowledge already acquired about the contents discussed in the classroom. It is understood that the importance of participation and interaction of students is part of a learning with quality because it stimulates discoveries and creativity. Moreover, throughout this work was also emphasized the importance of experimental practices in Physics, the problems encountered that make it impossible to perform them and the possible solutions to such problems.Item Simulações interativas de óptica geométrica com VPython: uma abordagem didática(2025-05-29) Soares , Ariel José dos Santos; Costa, Alex Emanuel Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2231272728491909; Passos, Frederico Salgueiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6590059682506348; Hélcio Beserra do Nascimento Júnior; Jorge Luiz Araujo RochaThis final project addresses important points for Physics Teaching with a current theme, so we developed a computer simulation in Visual Python addressing geometric optics and based on Gardner's theories of multiple intelligences and David Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning. In the simulation, it is possible to observe how light behaves in geometric optics, allowing to visualize and understand phenomena such as reflection and refraction of light, even in three different materials. In this way, the student can choose the number of media according to the needs of the problem, the student can study through the simulation the concepts of lateral deviation of light (choosing 3 media) or total internal reflection (choosing 2 media). The work was not applied to high school classes, however, we planned a didactic sequence that can be used by the teacher as support material when using the simulation. The didactic sequence includes a pre-test questionnaire, with the application of the simulation and finally with the post-test questionnaire. The pre-test questionnaire should be applied by the teacher before using the simulation, to diagnose possible difficulties of the students, while the post-test questionnaire should be applied by the teacher after the simulation, so that results can be obtained regarding the usefulness of the simulation developed, and can be used by the teacher as a partial or total form of evaluation of the content worked on.Item Vídeo-análise no ensino de física: um estudo comparativo entre o software Tracker e sensores de kits experimentais(2025-12-01) Costa, Alyson Silva da; Costa, Alex Emanuel Barros; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2231272728491909; Passos, Frederico Salgueiro; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6590059682506348; Silva Junior, Manoel Pereira da; Oliveira, Marcos Henrique Abreu de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7597524437699021This study investigates the use of the open-source software Tracker as a supporting tool for physics education, particularly in contexts where the absence/deficiency of laboratories hinders the execution of experimental activities. The main objective is to evaluate the robustness and pedagogical applicability of results obtained through video analysis, comparing them with those acquired using electronic sensors from commercial experimental kits, focusing on the determination of the gravitational acceleration. The experiments analyzed include free fall and the simple pendulum, with data collected both from the kits’ sensors and from video recordings processed in Tracker. Statistical analysis showed that the results obtained with the software are in good agreement with the theoretical values and, in some cases, present smaller deviations than those from sensor-based experiments, highlighting the pedagogical potential and reliability of the tool for experimental Physics teaching.
