The aim of this study was to analyze and correlate the content taught in the Technological Superior Course in Interior Design of the Federal Institute of Alagoas and the professional practice – through information based on the experiences of the authors throughout the course and based on literature of the area. The purpose of this study was to endorse the importance of the curricular matrix in the training of competent professionals in the Alagoas and national settings, the way the subject is taught in the classroom and demonstrate the flexibility of the same according to the market requirements. A historical research was carried out on the origin of the graduation in the institution and the detailed curricular matrix, besides a practical analysis about the labor market in the area of interior design. It’s also contained in this material the detailed description of the routine of the authors of this study, as well as the applicability of the information obtained during the graduation in their work routines.

Due to accelerated population growth and the ever-increasing demand for housing close to the centralities of large cities, the value of the square meter has been increasing. Conversely, the size of the area of new ventures only decreases, configuring what can be called micro space. Currently the micro space is a trend of the real estate market, being sought by young couples and singles. In this sense, the need to develop specific furniture that meets this type of space and its public becomes essential, opening a range of possibilities for the interior designer. The present work aims to elaborate the design of a furniture for a micro space. To reach this objective, a bibliographic research was done about the micro spaces, to understand their characteristics, the profile of their users and the design requirements of their specific furniture. Was also sought to understand how the Alagoas’s micro space is configured through the analysis of new ventures in the Alagoas’s capital. Finally, a proposal is presented for a micro mobile that fits the micro space of Alagoas.

The study refers to recommendations of a room for a child with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), from the age of 2 and who is at criterion A, according to DSM-5. The objective is to design a room that, through play and the organization of the environment, will promote communication and social interaction. Obtaining a hypothetical-deductive approach presents a project with a new idea, clear principles and scientific language, which could be tested. A typological method of an ideal model for the room was elaborated, with recommendations for a better organization of the space with the aid of the ludic ideias to develop social interaction. The result of a scientific investigation obtained through a bibliographical research of secondary sources that, through a literary review of the professionals in the area and the parents of autistics, served as reference for the elaboration of the project. The result is a preliminary study at initial phase, which presents a zoning with the function of directing the flow, an organization of the furniture, objects and elements that are used in a set that can promote socialization since the beginning of childhood. In conclusion, it presents the importance of an environment focused on the particularities of the child with autism, serving as recommendations to environment and organize a playful room that provides communication and social interaction, with comfort and security.

This paper aims to elaborate a preliminary study for a dental office. Considering the transformations that dentistry has been going through, it was based on the assumption of the continuous offer to patients of an environment with technical responsibility and quality in the services provided. Dental professionals have been qualifying and investing in their offices in order to provide well-being and comfort to patients. Thus, the problem to be clarified in this research was: How can a dental office provide well-being and comfort to patients? Therefore, it was necessary to know the history of dentistry and to analyze the elements of Interior Design in a dental office. Then, in the process of accomplishment of this work was used methods like: the bibliographical research, project methodology and criteria matrix. The bibliographic research made it possible to analyze the first reports of dental science, such as its technical evolution as well as the dental environments. Still through the bibliographical research, we examined the elements of interior design such as lighting, colors, materials of coatings, environmental comfort and how these elements should be used in dental spaces as specified by Anvisa standards. The project methodology, developed at the preliminary study level, is composed of the following processes: briefing, client profile, program of needs, spatial analysis, ergonomic study, creative process, included semantic panel, concept and sketches. And the criteria matrix, used to determine the spatial configurations, analyzing the interrelationship between the environments that composes the dental clinic. Lastly, the preliminary dental office study was developed based on the client's profile and Anvisa's standards.

With the rise of eletronic trading and globalization, the financial markets became in- creasingly complex and dynamic creating a new demand for automated operations, such demands allowed the emergence of the so called algorithmic trading .In this context, this present work had as its goal the development of an algo-trading system prototype for the brazilian future dolar market based on this market’s contextual information such as previous day close and adjustment prices, , furthermore it includes risk management to limit the losses and maximize profits. It used the Metatrader5 platform, which by its programming language MQL5 allows algo-trading systems creation, besides, it provides an environment for simulation with historical data.The algo-trading system was tested on the july, october, november and december months of 2018, which showed that the system achieved success in most of the months and although it had not a high accuracy rate, due to risk management, it was possible to profit.

The present work intends to discuss based on an empirical analysis the languages between people, furniture and objects through a sensitive discussion about the use of spaces. New forms are being attributed to the environment and the dynamics between people and objects constantly modify the scenarios transforming the way of see, interpret and interact with the environment. The street, presented as a scenario in this study, stimulates these transformations starting from its users whose spaces are constantly reformulated, bringing new meanings not only of the street as a passage and connection between points of interest, but the street as a meaning of living. The intention of this work is to pursue the use of furniture and objects used by homeless people in open spaces in Maceió, bringing new reflections about home and its typologies. This way, besides the presentation of a theoretical axis based on the construction of concepts, it also regards an axis of practice through exchange and experiences obtained from interviews made by the author with the homeless. Through the analysis obtained, a look at the existing subjectivity in urban settings is launched, starting from new constructions that are out of the practical models experienced during the academic formation (metrical, methodical), but it places emphasis on a model of subjective dimensions that differs from the conventional forms, because it designates the immaterial aspects, and the nature of individuals through tactics of emotional parameters from their relationship with the "house" and the environment.

This work started with the idea of speaking about reduced commercial space because it is a current subject and with great challenges, so it was decided to talk about the food truck and use it as a work area for this preliminary study, because the mobile kitchen has been increasing its space inside the area commercial and gastronomic, also coffee as a main product for being such a drink consumed and appreciated by many people. Within a cafeteria commercial area, we have brought all the features and culture of both the mobile kitchen, food truck, and coffee, demonstrating the difficulties of designing in a small space using multifunctionality. For this, we opted for bibliographic research tools and on-site visits to have a better knowledge on the subject and thus reach the stage of a preliminary study of space, applying all the knowledge acquired during the research. It was necessary to observe the customer's profile and their wishes as well as ergonomic, multifunctional and visual solutions for a smooth running of the enterprise. Thus, showing that it is possible to start an innovative venture in a compact space and expand knowledge about interior design and its role in the market.

The confectionery market has been growing more and more evidenced by the increasing demand for artistic cakes and candies being essential in weddings, birthdays, baptisms and other celebrations. The confectionery is generally represented artisanally by the delicacy and skill required in the elaboration of fine sweets and in the decoration of cakes with different themes, corresponding in detail to the expectations of those who request these products. In order to obtain a good development in the art of creating and confecting, it is necessary that the work space is pleasant, meeting the criteria of environmental comfort, functionality and safety. Thus, the development of activities related to confectionery can flow in a practical and efficient way. This work proposes the presentation of a preliminary study for the interior design of an artistic cake workshop, which aims to meet both production needs, making use of ergonomically appropriate equipment and furniture, and offering a space for customer service and comfortable and harmonious tasting with references of the contemporary romantic style. The environment aims to provoke emotions capable of generating the enchantment and conquest essential to a commercial environment.

The interior designer professionals creative process covers several aspects and proposes to fulfill the customer needs through the project elements. The research is a key element to establish the project elements. This study case uses the pop art, which is shown here through its historical aspects. They assign meaning and style, as well as point a direction to the project's description. The program had the intent to meet the customers’ expectations. By those means, it was possible to create an environment, a living room, which is capable to reflect the customer's personality and keep the essential style characteristics.

Camping is an activity that gain, each day more, importance inside the scope of the ecotourism in the state of Alagoas. Although highly demanded sector there are no well- structured facilities. The Mirante do Talhado camping, located at Delmiro Gouveia city, offer meals to guests on your own place. Although wide open and well ventilated, nevertheless did not offer any comfort to the users. In face of this context, the aim of that work is the development of preliminary study of interior to the creation of a living area and restaurant on the camping, starting from the concepts of ecodesign, whose goal is the reduction of environmental impacts caused by the designing process. It`s about qualitative applied research, whose method make use of techniques and tools from design thinking approach. The research development was split up into four stages. In the first stage was carried out the bibliographic and documentation quest, showing the concepts of ecodesign, ecotourism and adventure tourism; following, in the second stage, was carried out the local immersion, where was been gathered important information’s to the preliminary survey development. The third stage involves the creation of the project briefing, that contains: client profile, target audience, architectural survey and needs analysis. The project briefing set yourself up as ground to the creative process, consisting in: concept, conceptual panel and reference panel. As final product was developed a preliminary survey (fourth stage), whose the proposal gives a cozy room, practical and functional; in accordance with the concepts proposed by the ecodesign.

The present work proposes a preliminary study in the psychology office of psychoanalytic approach, obtaining a new layout as a final product, constructed from the functional and aesthetic principles applicable to the interior designer, in order to contemplate the possible aspects that establish comfort in the environment. It is known that the search for offices comes from the growth of mental disorders caused by several factors: anxiety, excess technological information, work overloads, violence, self-collection, affective issues and others. From then on, the question of the research arises, how the designer can materialize the desires of the professional in his work environment. For the problem, in view of the studies, we used the hypothesis that many spaces in the area of psychology are not designed and/or planned for environmental comfort. It is understood the relevance in adapting such spaces of continuous and preventive treatments, aiming at mutual satisfaction, well-being for customers and professionals, after all are poorly explored environments. Therefore, studies on the conception of psychoanalysis and its contribution to the area of psychology were deepened, as well as the contribution of the interior designer to compose such spaces. The methodological routes were: bibliographic research in books, electronic sources; interview with the professional to collect data about his profile, work routine and comfort in the office, through an adapted semi-structured script; cadastral and photographic surveys of the space; survey and analysis of the elements that define the project of comfort of the office, for later execution; creation of briefing, needs program, creative processes, organization charts, flowcharts, zoning, low leiaute plant, views, perspectives for project development; and finally, the project - preliminary study. Abnt standards were used as a reference and the manual of Anvisa 2014, which directs comfort to health facilities, since there is little use in consulted publications. The results after the application of the knowledge of interior designer was the obtaining of an inviting environment, lighter, cozy, pleasant, in such a way that preserves the identity of the professional, as well as welcomes his clients in his uniqueness

The objective of this paper was to prepare a preliminary study of a dining room of the bistro O Bem da Terra based on Slow Food principles. The Slow Food movement proposes a new gastronomy and defends conscious food linked to environmental and social issues, aiming at the pleasure of eating with the motto “good, clean and fair”. The focus is on valuing diversity. Thus, the problem to be clarified in this research was: how can the principles, concepts and motto of the movement be transferred to an environment, contributing to the customer experience using Interior Design? It was necessary to know the history of the movement through Carlo Petrini’s work, the precursor of this network, and also to analyze the fundamentals of Interior Design applied in a bistro. In the accomplishment of this work these methods were used: qualitative research, applied research, bibliographical and documentary research, and the exploratory research by collecting data through a semi-structured interview and a framework of reference. The project methodology, developed as a preliminary study, is composed by analysis and data collection through a briefing based on the client profile, target audience, space proposal, needs program and concept. Finally, the preliminary study was developed, with zoning, flowchart, creative process, layout analysis, color palette, materials, furniture and the perspective of the 3D project.

This research defends the importance and appreciation of handicrafts as a way of main taining the culture and handicraft of Alagoas. The aim is to emphasize the responsibility of the interior designer in this valorization process and the need for the designer and artisan to work together, resulting in contextualized pieces and projects that consider Alagoas handicraft and culture, especially in the city of Marechal Deodoro-AL. In this sense, the main objective of this work is to elaborate an Interior Design project at the preliminary study level of a hotel room located in Praia do Frances. For this purpose, the inspiration was the simple income, recognized as Historical Heritage of Alagoas in 2006, for the elaboration of the interior design project of the room, seeking new possibilities of use for the income, as it is falling into disuse. In the community. The research began with a bibliographical survey on Alagoas culture and handicraft and was complemented with interviews with experts and experts who know the income Singeleza de Marechal Deodoro seeking to better understand the reality of the community and artisans who know how to singeleza lace in an attempt to launch new proposals. This capstone project explores the relationship between Interior Design, exhibition, and expography, investigating the conception and assembly process of exhibitions with a focus on the interior designer's role as a fundamental agent in creating exhibition environments. The research was developed from a practical experience in the conception and assembly of the exhibition Ateliê Aberto à Comunidad 2016–2017: Terra Fértil, held at the Sesc Centro Art Gallery in Maceió, Alagoas. The study emerged from the need to understand the interior designer's role in creating exhibition spaces, contextualized in a local scenario where few professionals work in this specific area. The primary objective was to produce an experience report about the exhibition conception and assembly process, highlighting the project and executive stages of environmental design. Methodologically, the study adopted Design Thinking stages, adapting them to the specific context. The approach involved bibliographic immersion, idea generation, prototyping, testing, and implementation, constituting a systematic investigation and project development process. The research results revealed the complexity of the expographic creation process, highlighting significant challenges such as budgetary limitations, restrictive deadlines, and bureaucratic obstacles. One of the critical points identified was a hindrance in developing detailed technical drawings, which potentially risked the precise execution of the expographic project. The work underscores the interior designer not only as a technical knowledge holder but as a fundamental mediator between space, objects, and audience. The research emphasized the importance of a critical and reflective approach in developing exhibition environments. The academic contributions of the study manifested in multiple dimensions. In the teaching realm, it offered a methodological model susceptible to incorporation into Interior Design courses. As research, it systematized knowledge about exhibition production, documenting details of a creative conception process. In the extension dimension, the work established a direct dialogue with society, involving Sesc and the Ateliê Aberto project audience. The study evidences that an exhibition is far more than an event, configuring itself as a cultural product grounded in theory, where Interior Design establishes itself as a fundamental element in constructing spatial narratives and experiences.

The present research aims to elaborate a project of a residential kitchen and service area at the level of preliminary study, in order to ensure, within the pandemic context, functionality, practicality and safety, as well as to consider the wishes and to emphasize, in space, the identity of the chosen client. The paper included applied, exploratory and qualitative research methods along with the Interior Design project methodology, project preparation, as well as a brief history of residential kitchens and their evolution throughout history and the role of Interior Design in the setting of these spaces in a pandemic context.

This research aims to discuss the contribution of Emotional Design in interior spaces. It emphasizes the influence of Emotional Design in the inclusion or withdrawal of objects in the Interior Design project and the importance of the human / object relationship in the production of everyday artifacts, called Emotional Design, and how the Designer can conduct his projects focused on the needs of its customers, whether they are Interior Design projects or Product Designs. It is a bibliographical research that investigates the incidence of Emotional Design on the choice of the objects that make up Interior Design. To reach the results beyond bibliographical and on-line research on the subject, reports about the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's" (starring Audrey Hepburn (Holly Golightly) and George Peppard (Paul Varjak) in 1961) were added to demonstrate the emotional relationship between objects and human beings and how objects accompany people's life history. This study indicated aspects of the relationship with objects that may interfere with or contribute to the design of Interior and Product Design projects, showed the relationship between Interior Design and Emotional Design, which is the element of measure of the client's need for the Designer of Interiors.
