Thus, based on the research carried out, it was found that there is a certain lack of interest on the part of students regarding the subject of Physics in public schools, which is pointed out by several authors. Some of them state that the factors contributing to this deficiency range from teacher training to students' difficulties in understanding the subject, to the need for public educational policies that promote better working conditions for teachers. Therefore, a direct consequence of the problems raised is an evident prejudice in the teaching-learning process of Physics since many students show a lack of affinity and motivation towards this subject. In this perspective, the conceptual framework of Ausubel's significant learning is highlighted, taking into consideration the importance of organizing the time of the classes with space for the students to show the knowledge already acquired about the contents discussed in the classroom. It is understood that the importance of participation and interaction of students is part of a learning with quality because it stimulates discoveries and creativity. Moreover, throughout this work was also emphasized the importance of experimental practices in Physics, the problems encountered that make it impossible to perform them and the possible solutions to such problems.Item Importância das aulas práticas na formação do profissional do curso técnico de segurança do trabalho(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-11-13) Silva, Leila Caroline Salustiano; Silva, Samuel; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6455568737417686; Barbosa, Levy Castelo Brandão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3556345127291142; Costa, Cicero Teixeira Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7675787226293771Professional and technological education faces major challenges in Brazil, the main one is choosing appropriate methodologies and didactics to guarantee the learning and quality of technical level professionals trained by the institutions, within these challenges is the relationship between students and practical training classes, which for many reasons they are not always able to guarantee their objective. Thus, recognizing the importance that practical classes have, mainly their pedagogical potential in the acquisition of knowledge by students, the general aim of this study was to investigate the contribution of performing practical classes in the teaching-learning process of students on the Security Course by the Federal Institute of Alagoas at the São Miguel dos Campos and Palmeira Índios Campi, evaluating both the student's perception and the relevance of practical classes in the professional training process. Having the specific objectives of applying a questionnaire to students to obtain the necessary information; Generate data about the practical classes offered in the IFAL Occupational Safety Technician course; Identify the main gaps between classes and learning. The quantitative method was used, through the application of questionnaires with students of the Technical Course in Occupational Safety at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, Campus São Miguel dos Campos and Campus Palmeira dos Índios. 60 questionnaires were administered, including 10 questions about the level of importance of practical classes for professional training. The results obtained were mostly positive, however the questions focused on student learning had a considerable number of negative responses, with the one with the highest negative evaluation being the question about the practical class time available not being satisfactory for the student's training. The result of the research is due to several factors, but there is an understanding that there is no practical class without the availability of physical spaces, teaching materials, equipment and most importantly, without qualified teachers. The study highlights the relevance of the Program for the training of undergraduate students in Biological Sciences, who experienced experiences in their daily school life that contributed to the initial training process. The experiences lived through the PRP in the educational environment were of great importance for the exercise of the teaching profession. These experiences contribute significantly to the initial training of the undergraduate student, qualifying and improving the performance of the future teacher.Item Superação de paradigmas capacitistas e das barreiras atitudinais inerentes à inclusão da pessoa com deficiência(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-09-20) Silva, Eduardo Patricio da; Souza, Jairo José de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2483360833627564; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843; Almeida, Ricardo Santos de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5955679764505968This article aimed to propose a pedagogical intervention at the Benedito Bentes Campus of the Federal Institute of Alagoas, based on data gathered from interviews conducted with the Coordinator and a Professor of the "Technical Course in Logistics." The intervention involves incorporating an expository lesson into the course subject "Organizational Behavior," focusing on the essentiality of overcoming ableist paradigms regarding the presence of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. The approach utilized a qualitative case study method, with a bibliographic survey referencing authors Lanchotti (2005), Lippo (2012), Leite (2012), and Mello (2016), as well as field research involving interviews with the Coordinator and a Professor from the mentioned course. The collected data underwent analysis using an inductive method during the academic year of 2023. The interviewees revealed that a significant challenge lies in breaking entrenched ableist paradigms rooted in society's history, as an individual's development transcends institutional capacities, encompassing various aspects such as physical (or physiological), emotional, spiritual, and complex domains including family, social, socioeconomic contexts, among others.
