    This paper addresses the theme the of education for people with disabilities from the perspective of the school manager, where a survey will be conducted in the administration of the Manoel de Matos School, located in Santana do Mundaú/Alagoas, on the social inclusion of students with disabilities. The objective of this study was to promote social inclusion in public education in the city of Santana do Mundaú, aiming to highlight the problem with students with physical and mental disabilities. Iti was necessary to research whether the school administration is able to meet all the rights of people with disabilities, due to the increase in students with disabilities taking part in school life, sharing the same classroom space with other children and adolescents of the same age group, the interested in conducting this research. Three research sources were used for its preparation: bibliography, electronic sources, and field research.. Data collection will be through unstructured interviews and observation. The analysis method will be to organize all the data collected to achieve the research objective.

    This article aims to investigate the various manifestations about public administration in quilombola communities. Where in a societyalways inacceleratedtransformation. In other words, public administration is always focused on the collective well-being of quilombola communities. In Brazil, over the last decade, two specific programs aimed at black communities were created: the Brasil Quilombola Program (PBQ) and the national plan for sustainable development of traditional communities. Public policies are articulated strategic actions in which the government adoptsthem in searchfor meeting collectiveinterests, in thatwayrecognizing Quilombola Rights. This is how the historical analysis of public policies aimed at Brazilian quilombola communities is carried out.

    After an atypical scenario for which the entire world needed to plan, which was the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the educational sector needed to adapt to the changes caused by this pandemic. This article seeks, through exploratory research, to analyze the impacts caused in the strategic planning of the state school in the municipality of Ibateguara, in the state of Alagoas. The methodology to be used will be a semi-structured interview with a qualitative analysis, and also the verification of minutes of the students' final results through quantitative analysis. It is worth highlighting the importance of an analysis of the difficulties that were encountered through the plans prepared, as well as the methods used to try to resolve them, and how education was affected or not due to this. Through this study it was possible to understand the importance of developing strategic planning, in addition to providing strategic visions for a possible future atypical scenario.

    This study aimed to analyze the Motivation in Labor Relations at the Municipal Health Secretariat. The objective of this research was to analyze the factors that influence the motivation and satisfaction of public servants of the municipality. Some of the steps to achieve the objectives were to identify the factors that influence the motivation of public servants in the municipality, identify the factors that influence the satisfaction of public servants in the municipality, verify how the motivation of public servants of the municipality occurs, and identify the levels of satisfaction of public servants in the municipality. Therefore, the questionnaire was used as a data collection method, through case studies in order to know how the motivation in the public service occurs. From the data analysis it was possible to realize the importance of motivation in the work of public servants of the Municipal Health Secretariat. Thus, motivation is a challenge for public managers, since having motivated employees is often limited, because No one can motivate anyone. Finally, through a study and the theoretical sources presented, it was possible to understand how the motivational process is important for the satisfaction of public servants in the Municipal Health Department of São José da Laje, since motivated people produce more and work more efficiently. Thus, it has become clear that over the years it is challenging to keep employees motivated as changes are needed to adapt to the new reality. Finally, motivating tools can improve working relationships in the public service.

    It is known that the New Public Management approach to management is the model that has been adopted in the country in the early 1990s. It is also known that crime is not a recent phenomenon, requiring efficient and effective planning on the part of public sector managers. Public Security, it is important to move away from the bureaucratic model to manage public affairs, integrating all actors and institutions that seek to provide a better service to society. The objective of this study is to evaluate the Management of the Public Security Secretariat of the State of Alagoas (SSP AL) in the period from 2021 to 2023 with a focus on reducing Lethal and Intentional Violent Crimes (CVLI's) in the municipality of Maceió- Alagoas. To meet the objectives of this study, bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, using books, articles, reports and statistical data from the Criminal Statistics and Analysis Center of the Public Security Secretariat of Alagoas (NEAC/SSP-AL), and the Yearbooks Brazilian Public Security System, as well as the application of a questionnaire answered by 56 (fifty-six) permanent employees who are members of the various institutions that make up the local Unified Public Security System. It is also concluded that integration between Institutions is relevant and there is a need for new studies from other perspectives, such as the relationship between education and security, economic development related to the reduction of local crime.
