    The process of political education in the school context is hampered by ideological disputes and conflicting conceptions. Based on the understanding that the ethical-political dimension is an inseparable part of an emancipatory human education, which guarantees students their insertion in social life through full access to cultural assets produced throughout the history of humanity, this research addresses the formation of student leaders and the organization of spaces for political education in Professional and Technological Education, taking as a focus the Federal Institute of Alagoas. Its objective is to analyze the process of organizing a pedagogical space in Integrated High School aimed at political education through the organization of student events. The methodological premise of the research is the qualitative-quantitative approach, of the participatory, exploratory and applied research type developed in four stages. In the first stage, a bibliographic review was carried out on themes that permeated the construction of the research, such as political education in the school space and the development of student leaders. The second stage consisted of conducting a diagnosis, which occurred through active observation of the campus under study and the application of a questionnaire to the research participants, students who participate in student representation spaces. In the third stage, a prototype of the educational product was developed, which consists of an instructional guide for students on organizing events. The last stage corresponded to the application and evaluation of the developed educational product. To analyze the data obtained from the application and evaluation of the educational product, content analysis and descriptive statistics were used. The result was the design of a didactic/instructional guide on organizing events for students, as a proposal for structuring a formal space in Integrated High School that contributes to the work of political formation and development of student leadership. The research evidenced the lack of material on organizing events adapted for students, despite it being a recurring activity in the times and school spaces of Professional and Technological Education, which relies on the active participation and direction of student leaders. It was observed that the lack of systematized knowledger students about the event activity limited the experimentation of these spaces through intuitive learning or from previous experiences with other organizers. Ingeneral, based on the participants' evaluation of the material created, there was a prevalence of high acceptance in relation to its contribution to the proposed purpose.

    A participação de pais ou responsáveis nos processos de gestão da educação profissional e tecnológica do Ifal

    The theme of this study is the participation of parents or guardians in management processes at the Federal Institute of Alagoas. It is an applied research project that aims to systematize educational practices for management work within the scope of Ifal. Located in the Teaching Area and developed in the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), in the research line Organization and Memory of Educational Spaces in EPT, it takes a methodological perspective with a qualitative approach. The universe of analysis is made up of the parents or guardians of students and the staff of the Pedagogical and Teaching Management Teams of two Ifal campuses located in the Sertão Alagoano Mesoregion. The methodological procedure used was documentary and bibliographic research and the application of structured questionnaires in three stages: I) Diagnostic research into the spaces for participation by parents or guardians in management and the management practices carried out at Ifal; II) Definition and development of the educational prototype/product; III) Application, testing and evaluation of the Prototype. When evaluating the product, the participants considered the quality of the material, its suitability for the profile of the target audience and the relevance of the content presented. The results of the discussion led to the creation of an Educational Product for evaluation by staff from the Pedagogical and Teaching Management Teams, with the aim of using it as a training tool for parents or guardians. The results of the study indicate that it is still necessary to develop information and training channels that promote the participation of parents or guardians in the management of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (Ifal), so that the spaces guaranteed in institutional regulations strengthen democratic and participatory management.

    Contribuições dos técnicos administrativos em educação nos processos de inclusão na educação profissional e tecnológica

    This research, developed within the scope of the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT / Ifal), is based on the theme of school inclusion, in an educational perspective that aims to overcome the inequalities and exclusion marks that have historically characterized Brazilian education. In this sense, the main part of this investigation is analyzed as contributions of administrative technicians in education in the processes of inclusion in Professional and Technological Education, offering, as an Educational Product, a course on school inclusion for administrative technicians in education at Ifal / Santana do Ipanema campus. From a methodological point of view, the investigation is affiliated with a qualitative approach, anchored in the methodology of action research. In the diagnostic stage, through a semi-structured questionnaire, the mapping of the investigated context involved the participation of 24 administrative technicians in education, located on the Ifal campus in Santana do Ipanema, and 11 administrative technicians in education, located in another five Ifal campuses. Then, the Educational Product was elaborated, materialized in a course on school inclusion, which was applied to 20 administrative technicians in education from Ifal, 14 from the Santana do Ipanema campus and 06 with representation from five other Ifal fields. After application, the Educational Product was submitted to the evaluation of the research participants, taking into account the methodological assumptions of action research, with its collaborative character. The data in the literature survey revealed that studies on inclusion, for the most part, look at the teacher-student relationship and disregard the educational work carried out in school spaces other than the classroom. However, as reflections raised during this investigation demonstrate that there are, within the scope of Ifal, privileged institutional spaces in the promotion and promotion of inclusive policies. These spaces allow administrative technicians in education to act in the inclusion processes. In this sense, the results indicate the importance of considering a pedagogical dimension in the performance of the administrative technician in education, ensuring, in turn, training in the perspective of school inclusion.

    Educação em saúde no Instituto Federal de Alagoas: um estudo sobre a organização de espaços pedagógicos e ações educativas em um campus do agreste alagoano

    The dissertation's theme is Health Education at the Federal Institute of Alagoas: a study on the organization of pedagogical spaces and educational actions on a campus in rural Alagoas and is the result of applied research that aimed to develop didactic/instructional material on the processes of organization of educational spaces and health education actions carried out by professionals from the Student Assistance Team. Located in the area of teaching, the research assumed a methodological perspective guided by action research with a qualitative approach, having as its universe of analysis the spaces of activity of Ifal Student Assistance. The research was developed in three stages: I) diagnostic stage of the Student Assistance Team profile, where information was collected about the health education spaces and practices on the Campus, through a structured questionnaire and semi-structured interviews with these professionals and consulted Institutional documents such as the Student Assistance Policy, among others; II) stage of proposing and developing instructional teaching material, aimed at systematizing health education spaces and practices, involving professionals from the Student Assistance Team; III) stage was application with testing and evaluation of the educational product by the aforementioned Ifal Team. The results of the application were systematized based on three categories of analysis, which evaluated the aesthetics and organization, writing and criticality of the Educational Product, obtaining positive results from more than 80% of participants. Despite the limitations of the research and the educational product developed, the positive evaluation of the Guide was accompanied by a sign towards the adoption of the guide as a technology for mediating the organization and carrying out health education actions by the teams that followed and participated in the research .

    The main objective of this research was to analyze the contributions of an online continuing education course on electronic bidding aimed at professionals who work in the management of Professional and Technological Education. In addition to specifically reflecting on the diagnosis of the need for continuing education of professionals (or not) who work in the management of Professional and Technological Education at Ifal – Campus Maceió, identify the advantages and disadvantages of applying a course on electronic bidding in Professional and Technological Education and evaluate the possibility of applying the course in the format of an extension course. The theoretical basis presented a brief history of the initial milestones and some references regarding Professional and Technological Education and made considerations about management in Professional and Technological Education, emphasizing both the importance of training people and the theories of Andragogy in the context of the adult teaching and learning process, in addition to the recognition of Administrative Technicians in Education, having as a basis for the formatting of the Educational Product the Theory of Significant Learning by David Paul Ausubel, concomitantly with the three thematic axes of Gabriel Kaplún and the content typologies presented by Antoni Zabala. To achieve the objectives, a qualitative research methodology was adopted, of the action research type, organized in the following stages: (1) exploratory; (2) diagnostic; (3) elaboration of the Educational Product online continuing education course on electronic bidding; (4) application of the Educational Product; (5) evaluation and validation of the Educational Product. The data collection instruments were document analysis and online questionnaires for diagnosis and evaluation of the Educational Product. The data were analyzed using Laurence Bardin's content analysis technique in three fundamental phases: pre-analysis; exploration of the material and treatment of the results. The results achieved with this research were the construction of an Educational Product of the online continuing education course type that contributed to the training of professionals in the sphere of electronic bidding. In addition, it was identified that the course could be used as an extension course for the training of people who are not employees of the Institution.

    This dissertation, developed within the scope of ProfEPT, in the Educational Practices Research Line in EPT, describes the result of research carried out at the Maceió Campus of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (Ifal), specifically at the Benevides Monte Library, with female students, from third grade of Integrated High School (EMI), whose general objective is to promote actions to encourage literary reading, through reading circles and to gather the impressions of these moments in the elaboration of the Portfolio Educational Product, taking into account reading and analysis from the work “The Hour of the Star”, by Clarice Lispector. We draw on the contributions of Cândido (2011), Cavalcanti et al. (2020), Colomer (2003), Cosson (2006, 2014, 2020), Cruz (2021), Freire (1989, 2014), Lajolo; Zilberman (2019), Moreira (2006, 2019), Oliveira (2022), Soares (2009), Tonet (2020) and Zilberman (2015), among others. The methodology was qualitative action research, based on Barbier (2002), Gibbs (2009) and Thiollent (1986). The following procedures were adopted: i) reading diagnosis of the participating students through profile questionnaires; circle evaluation questionnaire; and iii) carrying out reading circles, in which aspects of the work were discussed and we collected information to answer our research question and develop our Educational Product, entitled: Portfolio of reading circles in the library. The research results reveal to us the need for investigative actions with such a perspective in order to promote the development of literary literacy practices, specifically, of female students in the interrelationship with approaches focused on the world of work and the female universe in a context formal education belonging to the Federal Education Network.

    The research aims to investigate the presence of the gender theme in the technical professional training of secondary level at the Campus of the Federal Institute of Alagoas. The research that has as research subjects the teaching staff and administrative technicians of the Campus and the students of the third period of the Subsequent Technical courses, is characterized as a qualitative study of the Action Research type with a collaborative nature. In the first stage, data collection was carried out through the application of a semi-structured questionnaire applied to the teaching staff and administrative technicians of the Campus in order to identify the perception of these subjects about the concept of gender, the existence of situations related to the theme and whether or not to teach content related to gender issues in subsequent technical courses in which they work. The second stage of the study, which started to involve the students by holding dialogic meetings with the researcher (conversation circles) to discuss the theme, was accompanied by the development of an educational product that aims to promote spaces for dialogue and debate on gender and work issues within the Campus, given that the theme is not part of the contents provided for in the curricular components of the Subsequent Technicians Courses. By inserting the debate and the study on the reproduction of gender issues in the daily life of the Campus, an Exhibition Guide was structured that puts on screen the gender problems experienced by students, at school and in the world of work, which sensitizes the local community, create healthier environments for coexistence and teaching-learning and serve as a model of educational activity that can be carried out by administrative technicians or teachers, through isolated initiatives or teaching projects, in different units of the Federal Network of Vocational and Technological Education. The educational product, in the form of an Exhibition Guide, based on an educational and pedagogical perspective based on dialogicity and that values experiences and knowledge of students, administrative technicians and teachers, seeks to build a space from which problem situations collected during the wheels conversations serve as a starting point for educational and attitudinal practices that give visibility to the problem of the reproduction of gender relations and, in particular, contribute to the reduction and overcoming of gender inequalities and present the possibilities of social insertion and intellectual potential and productive of women.

    Promoção de saúde na escola: teoria das marés como prevenção e suporte aos transtornos de ansiedade em estudantes do ensino médio integrado

    Introduction: The abundant and radical changes that have taken place in wo rk processes have been a source of physical and emotional strai n. The recognized income inequality that characterizes the Brazilian social str ucture directly reflects on health conditions. Thus, whe n interpreting reality according to historical dialectical materialism, it is clear that adolescents and young people, wh o a re included in this social context, are directly affected by the problem. La w 9394/96, when establishing the guidelines and bases of Brazilian education, states that high school should take place as an integrated education, which develops the individual in all its dimensions. Understanding that the role of nursing at school contri butes to the permanence and successful completion of stude nts, it was decided to use the Theory of Tides as a tool to prevent and support anxiety disorders in high school studen ts. O bjective To investigate the presence of anxiety disorders in High School students at the Federal Institute of Alagoas, as well as the existence of guidance material for monitoring such situations, in order to build an educational product that collabo rat es with the practice of mental health care by Nursing team of the Federal Ne twork for Professional, Scientific and Technological Educatio n. Methodology: This work takes action research as a research technique, as it aims to improve the context of anxiet y disorders at Ifal. As a methodological tool for diagnosis, a semi structured questionnaire was used with nurses to observe initial and contin uing education related to mental health and their perception of the implementation of a theoretical and procedura l m odel aimed at this area. These data were subjected to Bardin's content analy sis and indicated as a result that a procedural theoretical model aimed at mental health can strengthen nursing ca re. Results : In the diagnostic research, 11 nurses participated ; 1 00% reported meeting mental health demands. Regarding the most attended diso rder, 100% reports that anxiety prevails. In 72.7% of the Campis there is the presence of professional ps ychologists, a fact that did not significantly reduce the attendance of nur ses for this demand. Most teenagers remain undiagnosed and when they do, the y do not always get care in the Health Care Network. Most nu rses (90.9%) report having studied the mental health discipline, but not always they feel fully prepared to care for mental disorders. All professionals agree on the need for training in mental he alth and strive to expand knowledge on the subject. Most do n ot know the Theory of Tides, but believe tha t a theoretical and procedural model can contribute to nursing practice. Fi nal considerations: The Theory of Tides represents an important possibility for nursing care in mental health. The lack of homogeneity in n ursing care in the school environment requ ires innovative practices capable of recognizing risk situations, develo pin g early diagnoses and generating interventions that provide positive results for adolescents and young people. For this, the Tide Theory Gu ide was created.
