Item A circulação da violência política de gênero: disputas metapragmáticas em torno do caso Isa Penna(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2025-09-23) Freitas, Daniele Santana de; Silva, Danillo da Conceição Pereira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4522803262830843; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6990-6669 69; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Borges, Lorena Araújo de Oliveira ; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6807925284266201Situated in the area of Indisciplinary Applied Linguistics (Moita Lopes, 2006), the general objective of this work is to analyze political gender violence as a discursive phenomenon formulated and perpetuated by ideological disputes through the interconnection between political events based on the case of harassment against Congresswoman Isa Penna. Given this general proposal, there are two specific objectives: i) to identify and analyze the communicative events responsible for constructing, reinforcing and sustaining the framings of political gender violence in Brazil; ii) to understand the processes of performativity that act in the constitution of these events (Butler, 1997) and indexicality (Austin, 1990; Silverstein, 2003; Blommaert, 2007), carried out based on metapragmatic disputes (Pinto, 2019). To this end, the research was theoretically based on analytical-discursive studies (Moita Lopes, 1994, 2006, 2009; Moita Lopes; Fabrício, 2019; Silva, 2022), gender perspectives (Butler, 2018) and studies on the feminist movement and its digital side (Miguel and Biroli, 2014; Biroli, 2018; Ribeiro, 2018). The methodology adopted was based on the analysis of a discursive chain, composed of the interconnection between interaction events (Wortham; Reyes, 2015), media texts and public pronouncements, of a qualitative nature undertaken between September 2024 and March 2025, in the different circulation networks of the Isa Penna case. The results showed the structuring of political gender violence through processes of discursive delegitimization and framings that naturalize violence against women and their exclusion from the political sphere. In this sense, the research makes a significant contribution to understanding the connection between language, power, gender and politics, as well as formulating discursive and political achievements aimed at weakening political gender violence in the Brazilian context. In this way, the results achieved reinforce the need for concrete measures such as Bill No. 372/2020, by Congresswoman Isa Penna, and the approval of Law No. 14.192/2021, to promote women's safety and representativenessItem A interdisciplinaridade e a gamificação: as tecnologias digitais no ensino da língua espanhola no contexto da EPT(2023) Coimbra, Renata Portela das Chagas; Fiori, Ana Paula Santos de Melo; Fiori, Ana Paula Santos de Melo; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Francisco, Deise JulianaOver the years, Spanish language (SL) teaching has had different goals and purposes, and has been performed using different approaches and methodologies. Currently, in the context of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (Instituto Federal de Alagoas – Ifal), there is a focus on public policies oriented towards widely expanding language teaching for students and employees. There is special motivation for the proposal of meaningful Spanish teaching for students of the Integrated Middle Level Technical Course in Agroecology. The language is offered in the final year of the course curriculum. The issue driving this research arises from the challenge of performing a pedagogical practice that offers an opportunity for dialogue between the two areas of the course: the specific training area of the course curriculum (Professional Curriculum), and the Basic Curriculum, in which SL is inserted. This investigation sought to propose subsidies based on interdisciplinary pedagogical practice through the use of gamification as a teaching methodology. The epistemological and analytical basis that guided this research was historicaldialectical materialism. This research is of a qualitative nature and fulfills exploratory and descriptive purposes. The collaborative action-research method was adopted, which was developed in four phases: diagnostic research and data analysis; elaboration of the educational product (EP); application of the EP and results; adjustments and evaluation of the EP. The target audience of the research were teachers in the Basic Curriculum (propaedeutics, a curricular component of the Spanish Language) and from the Professional Curriculum (teachers in the technical area) of the course. Thematic analysis was the technique used for organizing and discussing data in the qualitative research. The results analyzed in the diagnostic phase indicated that professors are adept at the use of digital technologies and active methodologies, and that there is a lack of actions that enable dialogic praxis and the development of interdisciplinary work. The investigation demonstrated the need for continuing training to improve the use of digital technologies and gamification. To fill this gap, Spanish language teachers were proposed to create a collaborative educational product in the form of an interactive and interdisciplinary e-book. The teaching material was elaborated in a collaborative and participatory way with the SL teachers in the research location. The EP results showed that the material had a positive effect due to its organization, content and structure. Its interdisciplinary approach will enable dialogue between the different areas of the course, and it will recommended to professors of other curricular components in the Basic Curriculum.Item A violêcia policial em trajetórias textuais midiáticas: reflexividade racial acerca do caso de Cláudia Ferreira(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2025-04-01) Santos, Jaíne Patrícia Lopes dos; Silva, Danillo da Conceição Pereira; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5879-5999; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6370328770730957; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6990-6669 69; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Borges, LorenaThis study, based on the qualitative and interpretivist approach of Applied Linguistics, aims to analyze the effects of meaning produced by the textual trajectories mobilized around the case of Cláudia Ferreira, highlighting how this mobility of texts contributes to the production of racial reflexivity. To this end, the research is based on theoretical perspectives on the performativity of language and textual trajectories (Austin, 1990; Bauman & Briggs, 1990; Blommaert, 2005), while exploring racial relations in Brazil and its colonial roots, focusing on connections with police violence and notions such as structural racism (Almeida, 2018), institutional racism (IPEA, 2007), necropolitics (Mbembe, 2016) and biopolitics (Foucault, 2008), which help to understand the social practices that perpetuate racial inequalities and their forms of violence. The analytical work enabled a critical interpretation of the textual trajectories mobilized and their indexical signaling, highlighting their effects on three distinct manifestations of racial reflexivity: 1) reflexivity on police violence as a structural and systemic issue; 2) reflexivity on the racist connotation of the police institution and its historical origins; and 3) reflexivity based on personal experiences of racism/police violence. In general terms, the study highlights the role of digital platforms and online interactions in the circulation of racial discourses, as well as the formation of political subjectivities that appropriate modes of resistance and contestation in the face of the structural and institutional dimension of Brazilian racial violence, especially in its police facet.Item A violência policial em trajetórias textuais midiáticas: reflexividade racial acerca do caso de Cláudia Ferreira(2025-04-01) Santos, Jaíne Patrícia Lopes dos; Silva, Danillo da Conceição Pereira; orcid.org/0000-0002-5879-5999; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6370328770730957; Silva, Danillo da Conceição Pereira; https://orcid.org/0000-0002-5879-5999; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6370328770730957; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-6990-6669; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Borges, Lorena Araújo de Oliveira; https://orcid.org/0000-0003-4402-1359; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6807925284266201This study, based on the qualitative and interpretivist approach of Applied Linguistics, aims to analyze the effects of meaning produced by the textual trajectories mobilized around the case of Cláudia Ferreira, highlighting how this mobility of texts contributes to the production of racial reflexivity. The general objective of this work is to understand the literary literacy processes of students entering the Licentiate in Letters Course; and the specific objectives are i) to investigate how the literacy process of students occurred prior to entering the Course in question; ii) identify the main difficulties of students in relation to literary reading; iii) reflect on the importance of literary literacy in Basic Education. The methodology used is the bibliographic review with a qualitative approach, supported by analysis of the productions of reading memories written by students of the Course on screen. In order to emphasize the social and historical process of these teachers in initial training in relation to literary literacy, as well as to base our research, we take as a basis Cosson (2018), which deals with literary literacy, as well as with regard to the theoretical- practical relationship in activities with literary texts in Basic Education, from the treatment of literature by teachers and students. Other theoretical references used for the construction of reflections on the subject are from Kleiman (2004), Minayo (1995) and Street (2014). The results of the analyzes carried out point to the importance of literature being worked from elementary school so that students become critical- reflective subjects in their socially diversified language practices.Item A argumentação em textos jornalísticos de caráter informativo: o gênero textual-discursivo notícia(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-08-31) Santos, Robson Muller Silva dos; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513; Barbosa, Flávia Karolina Lima Duarte; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3662242058929178Commonly, it is known that, in journalistic discursive sphere, there are two main strands of classification for the content disseminated by the press, which group journalistic genres in categories that are characterized sometimes by the informative nature, and occasionally by the predominantly argumentative type. Traditionally, news report is a genre that associated to the idea of information, that finds its social function in the task of conveying the so-called facts of the day. Despite to the idea that news is an essentially descriptive/expositive discursive genre is consolidated, in this work, we analyze the presence of argumentative marks in journalistic texts accepted as informative texts. For we try to observe linguistic-discursive and semantic aspects, which acting in some selected texts, that have been published in the online newspaper “Folha de São Paulo” edition, a Brazilian traditional mainstream media, during presidential elections in Brazil, in 2022. The theoretical-conceptual framework of this research departs of the dialogue between studies in the Communication field, Textual Linguistics studies and reflections around enunciation and discourse. In addition, the research assumes a linguistic-interpretative approach; a quantitative data is also used, so that the observed phenomenon can be understood. The analysis of the corpus revels the presence of rhetorical-discursive and linguistic-textual movements that point to the existence of argumentative traits in texts that are understood as predominantly informative. This research also points to possibilities of educative approaches using news as genre at didactic sphere, in a dialogue with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), that guides the using of this discursive genre in the context of Basic Education in Brazil.Item BNCC e interações multiletradas no ensino de língua portuguesa(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2020-09-21) Belo, Evandro Lira; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513; Lima, Antonio Carlos dos SantosThis discussion goals to reflect on the relationship between the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), in Brazil, and the Theory of Multiliteracies in Portuguese Language classes in the final years of Elementary School, having its making through a documentary research. The studies turned to the use of TDIC (Digital Information and Communication Technologies, in English) in a collaborative and the way of producing meanings through textual-discursive genres, focusing on the Theory of Multiliteracies, which is contemplated in the BNCC, with a view to focused on classroom practices. Critical-reflective training, as part of the teaching-learning processes, which are not restricted to the physical space of the school, is related to the development of skills and competences in Portuguese language classes and other curricular components of basic education. We highlight, for reflection, the pandemic moment experienced by students, teachers, and other professionals from this field, which highlighted the need for practices that involved TDIC. This research is qualitative and the methodological procedures are centered on linguistic-textual analysis in the light of Applied Linguistics, especially with regard to the teaching of Portuguese Language. Even so, it was pertinent to analyze aspects of the BNCC, which presents itself as a regulatory document, with innovative, revolutionary and democratic ideals in relation to Brazilian Education. Our discussion is based on authors, such as: Kleiman (2005), Rojo (2012), Ana Elisa Ribeiro (2020), Bakhtin (2011), among others.Item Caderno (auto) reflexivo do/a pedagogo/a: impressões de um pesquisador-pedagogo na Rede Federal de Ensino(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2024-10-20) Lima, Jeorge Venancio de; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de SousaItem Clube de leitura virtual: um incentivo ao letramento literário nas aulas de língua portuguesa com o uso de recursos multimodais(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-05-10) Silva, Ivana Lethícia Santos; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513; Barbosa, Cleusa Salvina Ramos Maurício; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7243836316721979; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955NenhumItem Contribuições da contação de histórias para a formação integral: caminhos criativos e humanizados em aulas de língua portuguesa(2022) Oliveira, Gicele Rose dos Santos; Lima, Antônio Carlos Santos de; Lima, Antônio Carlos Santos de; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Nascimento, Maria Edna Porongaba doIn the school context, story-telling can provide both students and teachers with the possibility of appropriating, disseminating and producing their cultures, promoting different ways of reading the world, oneself and the most immediate environment that surround him. From this perspective, the present research aims to reflect on the place of this practice, story-telling, in the process of integral formation in Portuguese language classes. Since it is research situated in an educational context, whose commitment is also related to social transformation, this study is anchored in the perspective of Content Analysis (CA) and is characterized as qualitative in nature, of the action research type. From experiences with students of a Technical Course Integrated to High School in Agroindustry of Instituto Federal de Alagoas, which constituted themselves as research subjects, participating in workshops and answering questionnaires, it was concluded that storytelling, by allowing to these students to experience experiences that contemplate different aspects of the human dimension, it contributes to the construction of knowledge, in a process of significant learning that culminates in the integral human formation. This is due to the humanizing, dynamic and creative character of this practice in the teaching and learning process. As a research action, an Educational Product (EP) is presented, a "Workshop Notebook", whose objective is to contribute to this practice, as a complementary resource in Portuguese, to be incorporated into the curriculum of Technical Education Integrated to High School with a view to comprehensive training.Item Decolonialidades e ensino de espanhol: uma pesquisa-ação colaborativa na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica(2023) Santos, Gustavo Correia dos ; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Lima, André Suêldo Tavares de; Meniconi, Flávia Colen; Lima, Jeylla Salomé Barbosa dos SantosThis research, developed within the scope of the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT/Ifal), has as its main objective to identify how the practices of Spanish language teachers at Ifal take place - whether they are guided by a colonial perspective, by a decolonial or even a mixed perspective – in addition to understanding the fundamentals of this process. In order to do so, we analyzed how issues related to Latin American languages, cultures and identities are presented in a natural and real context: the classroom (MATOS, 2018, 2019, 2020). The investigative study is qualitative and its theoretical framework is anchored in studies concerning collaborative action research (PIMENTA, 2007; IBIAPINA, 2008) and the different action research modalities (TRIPP, 2005; THIOLLENT, 2011), whose methodological instruments are: i) application of questionnaires, ii) conducting interviews, iii) production of autobiographical narratives. The research results aim to contribute to an omnilateral (RAMOS, 2008; FRIGOTTO, 2009; MOURA 2013; CIAVATTA, 2014) and decolonial (FREIRE, 1987; CANDAU, 2016; MIGNOLO, 2008; QUIJANO, 2000) training ; CASTRO-GÓMEZ and GROSFOGUEL, 2007; MALDONADO-TORRES, 2007; WALSH, 2009) of Spanish Language teachers based on the association between the dimensions of work, science and culture in the training process from the Educational Product (PE) that had as objective the offer of a Colloquium, in which the participation of Spanish Language teachers at Ifal took place on a voluntary basis. The Event subsidized the production of a Portfolio, containing all the steps taken for its elaboration, which is part of the NP elaboration process. As a result, we found that the teaching practice of the Spanish Language curricular component occurs in a mixed way, that is, sometimes colonially and sometimes decolonially. This is due, in large part, to the initial training of the teachers involved in this investigative process. In addition, with regard to the concepts of language, culture and Latin American identities, there is a consensus among teachers in stating that language and culture are inseparable, so that it is not possible to teach a language without passing through the culture of the people who speaks that language, since both, according to the teachers, are the mark of a people. In short, despite this teaching practice, at times, being colonial, which justifies the educational product of this dissertation, it should be noted that the investigated public recognizes that from a decolonial education it is possible to transform the pattern of power relations, knowing and being.Item Desatando os nós da colonialidade: o gênero portfólio na formação continuada de professoras/es de língua espanhola(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2023-05-23) Santos, Gustavo Correia dos; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de SousaItem Desenvolvimento de sequência didática como produto educacional: os temas HIV e AIDS em módulos de aprendizagem(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2020-08-28) Santos, Deyvison Campos dos; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955This Dissertation is from a research that contemplates the development and evaluation process of the Educational Product (PE) “Didactic Sequence: proposal to approach the themes HIV and AIDS in technical courses of medium level in Work Safety”. The general objective of the study was to develop a Didactic Sequence (DS) to approach the themes HIV and AIDS in technical courses of medium level in Work Safety with a view to the educational practice aimed at professional qualification and preparation for the exercise of citizenship. The research has a qualitative approach and the study method is that of collaborative action research. The research instruments used were subject questionnaires, satisfaction questionnaires and reflective diaries. The developed DS was assessed using descriptive aspectos by teachers of a subsequent technical course of secondary level in Work Safety. The investigative question that guides the work is "how do teachers of a subsequent high school technical course in Work Safety evaluate a proposal for approaching the issues of HIV and AIDS aimed at the production of didactic and pedagogical materials by the technicians in training?". The results are the positive judgment of the DS by the collaborator-evaluators, and there were also points evaluated in a neutral way by one of the evaluators, among the twenty items / aspects of the material, and no item / aspect was negatively evaluated. The participation of teachers in the appreciation and evaluation process of DS was shown as a contribution to the professional development of teachers. As a conclusion, it is understood that the developed SD is configured as a tool to address the themes HIV and AIDS, in technical courses of medium level in Work Safety with a view to the development of professional skills and the construction of knowledge necessary to citizenship exercise. Other conclusions from the research are: i) teaching in Vocational and Technological Education is conditioned by political issues and different theoretical perspectives; ii) the Federal Institutes propose to train the subjects in full, motivating the performance of teachers and their pedagogical practices in line with the principles of omnilaterality; iii) the development of a EP, within the scope of teacher training, must be provided to meet the specificities of VTE in the Federal Education Network by teachers of the EBTT career. Item Documentário vida e formação: autobiografias educativas de estudantes concluintes do ensino médio integrado do Ifal- Campus Maceió(2025) Santos, Lídia Maria da Silva; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Castilho, Fábio Francisco de Almeida; Santos, Lúcia de FátimaThis dissertation presents the results of a master's degree research project within the scope of the Postgraduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT), in the Educational Practices in EPT Line, with the objective of establishing, through the production of a documentary, relationships between the curriculum, the world of work and the life projects of students of Integrated High School of the Federal Network of Professional and Technological Education, in order to contribute to the integral formation, resulting in critical and reflective citizens in the face of the reality experienced, capable of “linguistically achieving specific objectives in particular social situations” (Marcuschi, 2010, p. 31). To this end, we developed a didactic sequence (Zabala, 2010; Schneuwly and Dolz, 2004) whose objective was the production of Educational Autobiographies (Josso, 2014), since biographical narratives contribute to the understanding of the processes of formation, knowledge and learning. The methodology adopted is qualitative, following the action research method, based on Thiollent (2011), Ibiapina (2008), Pimenta (2005). The research site was the Instituto Federal de Alagoas – Campus Maceió. The participants were students from a third-year class of the Electronics Technical Course Integrated into High School and the respective teacher in charge of the class, in addition to teachers who teach the Portuguese Language component in the integrated high school, who participated as evaluators of the Educational Product developed through the research. The data collection and production instruments used were: characterization and evaluation questionnaires, notes and field diaries; text productions made by the students during the research, in addition to audio and video recordings. These data were analyzed through the autobiographical method, in addition to categories that were accessed based on studies of Applied Linguistics. The Educational Autobiographies of the participating students generally present their educational path from their entry into Ifal - Maceió Campus until the moment they produced their narratives and revealed issues related to the following categories: 1) Diversity of experiences lived throughout the ongoing education; 2) Challenges of the school transition between elementary and high school integrated with professional and technological training; 3) The influence of the family as a determining factor for academic and professional success; 4) Personal maturity; 5) School as the path to a better future. Some participants also presented, in their Educational Autobiographies, signs of transformation, called pivotal moments (Josso, 2014), which stand out for marking significant ruptures and transformations in the personal, academic and/or professional trajectories of the participants. The result was the creation of the Documentary “Life and Training”, an Educational Product from the perspective of the Educational Practices line, with the aim of contributing to the integration of Portuguese language teaching and training for the world of work, in order to contribute to the integral human development of high school students.Item Dos muros à sala de aula: o gênero grafite como práticas dee letramentos de reexistênca no contexto da EPT(2021-03-08) Albuquerque, Fabiana da Silva; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Barbosa, Cleusa Salvina Ramos Mauricio; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7243836316721979; Barbosa, Flávia Karolina Lima Duarte; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3662242058929178We conceive, according to Souza (2011), Grafite as a linguistic-textual-discursiveartifact, that is, “a multisemiotic text”, which is part of the cultural, social realities, possibly based on the dialogue that can be established with students' knowledge about gender. There fore, in the present qualitative research, we adopted the graphite genre as an object of investigation, considering that the gender in question and the literacies that compose it are not valued in many educational institutions, as many social and aesthetic prejudices still persist for part of society today. The main objective of this work is to promote discussions and to highlight the genre Grafite asan instrument of literacies of re-resistence in the EPT school scenario through a Didactic sequence (SD) used in Portuguese language classes. The methodological basis is an action research, based on the research perspective of Applied Linguistics(LA). We adopted two questionnaires as instruments of data collection: a profile, applied at the beginning of the research and another reflective evaluation used at the end of the investigative process. In addition, during the application of the SD,reading and production activities were carried out on the graffiti image text, and a conversation / interview with a producer of this art. According to the results presentedin this research, it was found that the approach of this genre helped to demystify prejudiced views that surround Graphite by the subjects collaborating with the research. In addition, this work enabled students involved in the investigative process to have a more intimate and enlightening about this genre.Item Estratégias pedagógicas nas aulas de língua portuguesa do ensino médio integrado ao técnico: reflexões sobre práticas humanizadoras(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2020-06-17) Silva, Ítalo Christiano da; Gaia, Rossana Viana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4018992389689693; Santos, Lúcia de Fátima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3235342037177115; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955The studies on processes of humanization in pedagogical practice present reflections on the teacher actions and the already established relationships of the formal classroom environment. This research had investigated educational practices in the Portuguese Language Classroom that consider the kindness and offering transversal themes. The study proposes to think about the pedagogical process of knowledge, at school environment from technical e technological federal network, in the first half of 2020. The main objective was to investigate humanized teaching practices, in order to elaborate an educational product - Educational Board Game named Resilience - directed to the secondary education integrated to technical school. The methodology was redefined from intervening variables because of a pandemic reality by the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore the face-to-face data collection with 10 students and one professor, had been reviewed for two students and in remote network communication by computer. The study examined integrated education in the view of omnilateral education of subjects. This is a qualitative and a collaborative investigation on a research-action, where methodological instruments would include online workshops and questionnaires application. The methodological steps followed the order: (i) organization the workshop contents; (ii) application of questionnaires; (iii) elaboration of remote workshops to discuss humanizing thematic to the adolescents; and (iv) creation an educational game that problematizes issues from socio-emotional interest to adolescents. The indicated results, with the answers and the virtual participation of the students, helped to evaluate and approve the educational product board game developed by the researcher. Additionally, the study systematized materials about humanization in the classroom. The intervention in the Portuguese language classes has been thought based on researcher training, licentiate in Letters, and his experience as a teacher, besides the questioning possibility that this curricular component promotes, through debates and oral presentations, readings, productions and interpretation and/or comprehension of verbal and non-verbal texts. The results confirmed that humanizing practices with dialogued classes and methodologies that involve active student’s participation promotes qualitative learning.Item Formação docente para o uso da ferramenta Webquest na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica: orientação de pesquisa em fontes virtuais(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-11-23) Silva, Maria de Fátima da; Fiori, Ana Paula Santos de Melo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2598153346850335; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Francisco, Deise Juliana; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3256764275787933Contemporary society develops through networks and algorithms, which favor access to (dis)information, which requires the development of analysis, synthesis and criticism skills. In this context, Professional and Technological Education contributes to the integral formation of the subject when it assumes work as an educational principle and develops research as a pedagogical principle. The present investigation started from the question: Can teacher training for the use of the WebQuest tool collaborate with the development of research as a pedagogical principle in the context of Professional and Technological Education? The developed studies aim to collaborate in the deepening of teachers’ knowledge about the epistemological, didactic and operational principles of the WebQuest tool, in order to favor the orientation of school researches in virtual sources, during classroom teaching or Remote Teaching. The epistemological and analytical basis that guided this research was historical-dialectical materialism. The research is qualitative in nature, serving exploratory and descriptive purposes. The action research method was adopted because it considers its adequacy to solve problems that are of interest to the researcher and research participants. The development of action research involved four phases: diagnosis; construction of the Educational Product (PE); application of the Educational Product; Description, analysis of data and results. The collection instruments used were semi-structured questionnaires, conversation circles and documents. The Educational Product developed was a didactic sequence. The dialectical-historical materialism enabled the perception and critical analysis of the reality experienced during the diagnostic phase (2019) and the period of application of the Educational Product (2021), marked by a pandemic. This analysis required the NP to be adapted, so that its application took place through the Virtual Workshop. Six professors and 19 students from the Middle Level Integrated Technical Courses in Environment and Tourism Guide, IFAL, Campus Marechal Deodoro, participated in the research. The results of this investigation were analyzed following the path of hermeneutic-dialectical thinking and demonstrate that the WebQuest tool favors the inseparability of teaching and research; and within the context of Remote Learning, it is an effective tool in the process of guiding asynchronous activities. The biggest challenge identified for using the WebQuest is the methodological construction of a proposal in which students and educators act as producers of knowledge, not just as subjects who follow scripts or indicate sources of information for research. Overcoming this challenge requires investment in teacher training, as well as guaranteeing time for teachers to act as researchers and producers of teaching tools.Item Formação humana integral e currículo integrado: o debate crítico sobre o sistema de justiça brasileiro em material paradidático no ensino médio(2021) Leite, Rafael Félix; Melo, Beatriz Medeiros de; Melo, Beatriz Medeiros de; Costa, Elaine Cristina Pimentel; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; Gaia, Rossana VianaThis research, carried out in the context of the Technological and Professional Education Postgraduate Program (ProfEPT/Ifal), aims mainly to identify the treatment in the debate about prison system on instructional materials and in Sociology classes in the Instituto Federal de Alagoas (Ifal), specifically on the Maceió Campus, and to propose supplementary educational materials for the Integrated Technical Teaching, directly linked to the programmatic content of the referred curricular component. Related to that goal, this work intends to amplify the knowledge about the prison system and the forms of workforce in contemporary society by acknowledging the penal labor. Thereafter, to qualify this discussion by means of the construction of Reflexive Notebook, at the same time as it proposes to collaborate in order to overcome stigmas and prejudices that fall upon the naturalization of inequalities historically constituted and experienced by the population deprived of liberty. For such, this study has made use of the qualitative method approach, the Investigación- Acción- Participante type, by Fals Borda, the principle of Intellectual Craftmanship by Wright Mills, and the integral human development as a common thread throughout the whole process. At first, we have performed previous literature review and, in the diagnostic stage, we have applied questionnaires to ten professors of Sociology from different Ifal campuses, we have interviewed five professors of Sociology from the Maceió Campus and we have applied questionnaires to twelve students of the Estradas course from the Maceió Campus. With these data, we have elaborated the previous version of the Reflexive Notebook. This material has been validated by four researchers of the topic covered and by ten professors of Sociology from the Ifal. We evaluate that this Notebook may qualify the discussion on the prison system and enable reflexive spaces in the classroom, which represent an effort in overcoming social inequalities.Item A gamificação como alternativa para utilização dos smartphones no processo de ensino-aprendizagem da língua portuguesa(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-12-29) Marques Neto, Francisco Assis; Alves, Carlos Henrique Almeida; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4002100121572984; Cavalcanti, Ricardo Jorge de Sousa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2706881213553955; Agra, Christiane Batinga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0715128190591513This work presents an alternative to the use of smartphones in the teaching-learning process of the Portuguese Language in High School. It discusses the main aspects of Gamification regarding the interest of greater student engagement in the curriculum component. It reflects on the information on the supply of technological resources in basic education published by the Ministry of Education in Brazil. It estimates the budgetary impact of the implementation of the smartphone as an educational technological resource in basic public education (Elementary and High School) in Alagoas. It highlights the information available in international organizations concerning high quality education with the use of digital technology. It exposes the estimated average number of students per computer, from a local perspective, in primary and secondary education in the public education network in the State of Alagoas. The investigation included experimental research applied to 79 (seventy-nine) students of the 3rd year of high school at Colégio Tiradentes of the Military Police of the State of Alagoas. Corroborated by a qualitative and quantitative approach, the research analyzed, through a computational program and printed activity, the specificities of performance and behavior of students in gamified digital teaching-learning contexts, as well as in traditional teaching-learning situations. The study indicates parameters about a high quality education, with accessible technology and reduced costs.
