Análise do desastre ambiental e seus impactos durante o fechamento do matadouro na cidade de Santana do Ipanema

The general objective of this work isto analyze the environmental impacts caused by the closure and restructuring of the meat market in the city of Santana do Ipanema. Knowing the impacts caused by the activities, a study was conducted to recover the history of this closure, due to the situation in which the necessary infrastructure was found for the correct disposal of the effluents generated, the waste is thrown directly into the Ipanema River, leading to bad smells, the turbidity of the water and the death of flora and fauna. After the intervention of the Integrated Preventive Inspection (FPI), the municipality and the health surveillance, the meat market was closed because they were not in compliance with the health surveillance standards and the commerce around the river (where due to human intervention building houses to border, a flood ended up causing the destruction of several houses) also causing harm due to the withdrawal of resources along with the disposal of effluents and the poor hygiene conditions of the place. The methodology used for the present study was descriptive and exploratory in nature. Initially with bibliographical research and, in the second stage, research on news related to the fact on reliable websites and an interview with the environmental secretary at the time, finally, we sought to identify the current reality of the market and its changes. The results of the study indicate that slaughterhouses carry out activities that generate a large volume of organic matter, making it essential for inappropriate disposal, given that the negative environmental impacts arising from such activity directly affect the well-being, health, population as well as one all. It is important to think that public authorities become indispensable in this process, being able to work with environmental education projects and that it must start from an early age at home, as well as providing opportunities for discussions of new forms, new projects and technologies for the adequate management of this activity, as well asthe implementation that ensures the appropriate disposal of the effluents in question.
Uma análise dos incidentes com tubarões na zona metropolitana do Recife - Pernambuco

The construction of the Governador Eraldo Gueiros Industrial Port Complex, popularly known as Porto de Suape, in the 1980s, is considered by specialists to be the primary factor resulting from the incidents with sharks in the city of Recife (Pernambuco) and its metropolitan area. This work sought to explain the reasons that led to the associa- tion of these incidents with the construction of the port, discussing the environmental impacts caused by the construction of the port complex, the study also raises statistical data on the incidents and discusses characteristics and behaviors of the species iden- tified in the raids. An educational product was also developed, a profile on the social network Instagram, which has curiosities about the phenomenon and reinforces socio- educational prevention measures.

This study aimed to analyze the textbooks of the 4th grade classes, adopted by municipal schools in the city of Limoeiro de Anadia, in Alagoas. We seek to have a perception of teaching in relation to the transversality of environmental themes. So, trying to understand the teacher's experience and difficulty when using this material, and if this material has a broad and clear language when addressing the environment theme. For the construction of this study, the didactic material was used as a descriptive methodological basis through the analysis of the content of the chosen books. Through the analysis of the books we can perceive the importance of a good and evaluated material because it will accompany the student for a year, where experiences and knowledge will be acquired. Through the analysis, it was possible to perceive the importance of the environmental theme and that, despite bringing important texts and reflections, it is treated in a disjointed way without the interdisciplinary look and the proper connection with the local reality, thus bringing a deficit in the use of the material used.

Reading, study and research are aimed at improving the intellectual magnificence of individuals. The labor market, in turn, has increasingly demanded the need for learning from individuals to act. The Completion of Course Work - TCC becomes important in this scenario, since it provides the acquisition of knowledge. In this sense, the objective of the present work is to carry out an analysis of the students' perceptions about their formative process, especially the process of production and elaboration of the TCC, making a brief historical search on the Higher Technological Course in Environmental Management. For that, we used a qualitative methodology through the application of an electronic questionnaire. We chose to know the students' views about this important process. In this way, we identified possible anxieties that graduates feel during the process of preparing the TCC and what many said is that they use the TCC as a space to make criticisms related to some aspects, both regarding the theme and relevant social events. The importance of this TCC is that we are a spokesperson for graduated students and those who are graduating who advise future students of Environmental Management to walk this path and show future students the challenges they will encounter during the course of the essential path and of a lot of knowledge and expansion of research's intellectual horizons.
Logística reversa na empresa O Boticário: estudo de caso em Alagoas

Brazil is one of the largest plastic producers in the world, and only 2% of plastics are recycled. On average, in Brazilian cities, solid waste generation is 13.7 million tons, or 64 kilos per person per year. Plastic waste is the most commonly found type of pollutant in the world, accounting for 48.5 percent of the materials that leak into the seas. Around 22 million tons of plastic leak into the environment, such as seas and rivers, as a destination. Concerned about the environment in 1990, Miguel Krigsner, founder of "O Boticário", created the Grupo Boticário Nature Protection Foundation, a non-profit foundation maintained by Grupo Boticário with the mission of promoting and carrying out nature conservation actions. In 2006, "Bote-Recicla" was created, being the largest "Clean packaging" return program in the cosmetics segment in Brazil. In this sense, this research aimed to present how this program positively impacts the environment, especially in Alagoas. To this end, we seek to present the company's direct and indirect actions in our state, highlighting the importance of reverse logistics. From this perspective, we can observe that, by disposing of products correctly, we give the packaging a chance to transform into something that can help not only people in general, but also our planet. Furthermore, it also contributes to the creation of job opportunities for collectors, thus allowing this empty packaging to be full of future.
Percepções dos trabalhadores da cooperativa dos catadores de Marechal Deodoro: análise da qualidade do trabalho

The present work aims to present the perceptions that the workers of the cooperative of collectors of recyclable materials of Marechal Deodoro have about the quality of the activities carried out by them. It is an action-research with quantitative and qualitative tools, the research was carried out through interviews and a questionnaire with the directors and the cooperative members, focusing on highlighting the difficulties faced in the process of cooperativism and the benefits existing with the activity, whether economic, social or environmental. The research shows that the environmental interest is becoming more and more a subject of worldwide importance, mainly for the economic favor, the scarcity of raw materials that are withdrawn without the proper replacement, the absence of public policies that have as objective the environmental preservation and the increase in the production of new products that, in their final destination, become a major polluting generator, especially when they are not intended for reuse or recycling. From the data collected, we noticed that there are several issues that involve the discussion of the quality of the work of the cooperative members, especially when seeking to meet the principles of cooperativism. The analysis presented here is quite pertinent to highlight the situations that can add positively to this work, allowing the cooperative a new look at what is essential, in search of sustainable development and the improvement of its activities.
