| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this Course Completion Work (TCC) is to understand how high school students from a public school, located in the hinterland of Alagoas, perceive the teaching of physics, aiming to reveal what causes the motivations and demotivations of young students regarding the aforementioned curricular component, aiming to contribute, in this way, to the teaching-learning process. Methodologically, the testimonies of young students were collected through non-directive interviews, a technique used to obtain information based on the free speech of the interviewee, through a qualitative approach. In this way, we seek to evaluate, through the students' point of view, what the routine of physics classes is like, seeking key points to support the research problem, in order to support the data collection, directing itself to a suggestion of intervention and positive contribution to the teaching of physics. The general objective, then, is focused on analyzing, from the students' point of view, how physics is taught in high school, how they conceive it and what is the importance of this discipline in their lives. The justification is that, even in the face of so many facts that corroborate the importance of the role of physics for modern society, there are still people who believe that teaching physics is not so important, especially in high school, where it (physics) It is considered an extremely difficult discipline. The research results revealed some of the difficulties faced by students, mainly in the scope of disciplines involving calculations, difficulties that, for the most part, drag on from the 1st to the 3rd year of high school. | |
| dc.description.resumo | Objetiva-se, com este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC), compreender como os estudantes do ensino médio de uma escola da rede pública, situada no sertão alagoano, percebem o ensino de física, visando desvelar o que ocasiona as motivações e as desmotivações dos jovens-estudantes quanto ao referido componente curricular, visando contribuir, dessa forma, para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Metodologicamente, os depoimentos dos jovens-estudantes foram colhidos através da entrevista não-diretiva, uma técnica utilizada para obter informações baseadas no discurso livre do entrevistado, por meio da abordagem qualitativa. Desse modo, busca-se avaliar, através do ponto de vista dos estudantes, como é a rotina das aulas de física, buscando pontos chaves para a sustentação do problema de pesquisa, a fim de fundamentar a coleta de dados, direcionando-se a uma sugestão de intervenção e contribuição positiva para o ensino de física. O objetivo geral, então, está focado em analisar, do ponto de vista dos estudantes, como se dá o ensino de física no ensino médio, como eles o concebem e qual a importância dessa disciplina em suas vidas. A justificativa é que, mesmo diante de tantos fatos que corroboram com a importância do papel da física para a sociedade moderna, ainda há pessoas que acreditam que o ensino de física não é tão importante, principalmente no ensino médio, onde ela (a física) é tida como uma disciplina extremamente difícil. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram um pouco das dificuldades enfrentadas pelos estudantes, dificuldades estas que, em sua maioria, se arrastam desde o 1o até o 3o ano do ensino médio. | |
