The labor market, in turn, has increasingly demanded the need for learning from individuals to act. The Completion of Course Work - TCC becomes important in this scenario, since it provides the acquisition of knowledge. In this sense, the objective of the present work is to carry out an analysis of the students' perceptions about their formative process, especially the process of production and elaboration of the TCC, making a brief historical search on the Higher Technological Course in Environmental Management. For that, we used a qualitative methodology through the application of an electronic questionnaire. We chose to know the students' views about this important process. In this way, we identified possible anxieties that graduates feel during the process of preparing the TCC and what many said is that they use the TCC as a space to make criticisms related to some aspects, both regarding the theme and relevant social events. The importance of this TCC is that we are a spokesperson for graduated students and those who are graduating who advise future students of Environmental Management to walk this path and show future students the challenges they will encounter during the course of the essential path and of a lot of knowledge and expansion of research's intellectual horizons.Item Gamificação e ensino: uma proposta lúdica e inovadora no processo de ensino e aprendizagem(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2021-12-01) Maurício, Claudenir; Pinheiro, Pablo; Pinheiro, Pablo; Omena, Dilza Gomes de; Costa, Danielle de LimaGamification is a teaching proposal of great importance, especially in the educational context in which we are currently experiencing, resulting from the new coronavirus pandemic. The 5S program emerged in Japan in the 1950s, with the need to combat the structural disorganization of the productive sector in the post-War period. Due to the success achieved by this practice, other countries began to use it in different situations. The 5S is a set of five concepts that are capable of modifying the work environment, the way of conducting routine activities and attitudes, they are: Seiri (use), Seiton (ordering), Seiso (cleaning), Seiketsu (health and well-being) and Shitsuke (discipline). The objective of implementing this program in a municipal school is to reduce and conserve the existing installation and to act as a facilitator in the student, teacher and staff relationship, enabling mutual respect, both for people and for the environment. The project followed a quantitative and qualitative methodology associated with action research. For the development of the work, questionnaires were applied to analyze the degree of knowledge on the subject by the school community, conversation circles, lectures, workshops and activities to raise awareness and organize specific spaces. The research sample consisted of 50 students from the 5th year of elementary school and x employees of the school's administrative body. The work was carried out in the period from April to November 2019, with a workload of 4 hours per week. With the end of the project, the need to expand these actions in the school space became perceptible, considering that there was a good reception in relation to the theme and with the project the seed was launched, but it needs to be continued and the direction of the unit is committed to continue these actions, as some improvements were impossible to carry out due to bureaucratic and financial issues. Currently, this work is in the final stage of review for presentation.Item Uma questão de gênero: A evasão feminina nos cursos de ciências agrárias do IFAL- Campus Piranhas(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2023-12-14) Ventura, Ruth do Nascimento; Paiva, Monikely de Oliveira Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0034233122382052; Silva, Michelangelo de Oliveira; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5831953262176334; Fireman, Ana Luiza Azevedo; Silva, Jailson Costa daFemale dropout in secondary and higher education courses, especially in the area of Agricultural Sciences, is a phenomenon that generates concern and has been raising concerns for a long time, despite the increase in female presence in various areas of knowledge, women are facing challenges in this regard. field of science. Courses focused on Agricultural Sciences have a large male participation, which ends up reinforcing that agricultural activities are of interest and responsibility only to men. However, in recent decades there has been an increase in female participation in these areas, whether due to the search for greater professional diversity or the current perception of the importance of environmental management and sustainable development. There are many motivations that can lead to this regression, such as family issues, economic issues and even inspirations, in addition, many others are raised with regard to this topic, mainly in the context of inequality between genders in career pursuits and of opportunities that are little explored and discussed since a woman's childhood, whether within the family or more externally. Therefore, the objective of this work was to infer the reasons that lead students from agricultural courses (both technical and higher education) at an HEI in the interior of Alagoas to give up on academic life. The present study was developed at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas (IFAL), on the Piranhas Campus. The research is qualitative in nature, descriptive in nature, where an explanation was made of the factors that lead to the regression of studies for female individuals, and is bibliographical, where texts and data were used to help understand the subject. The type of sampling used was non-probability convenience sampling. The questions were developed in the Likert style, being one of the most suitable for carrying out opinion research, developed in the United States in the 1930s and measuring the degree of compliance of the respondent with a statement, these are presented and the person interviewed issued the your degree of agreement with the sentence, among the answer options, are: 1) totally disagree, 2) disagree, 3) neutral, 4) agree and 5) totally agree. The factors listed for female dropout rates in Agricultural Sciences courses were issues related to the distance from the students' homes and adapting to their study routine, which becomes exhausting when combined with the route they travel every day. To discuss these points, one should not only focus on the problem itself, but on solutions that could be fundamental to reducing the number of female students dropping out of their respective courses. Therefore, consider the factors that make them believe that completing their course and continuing their academic life is crucial for their future. Techniques for integrating these students into the social and academic environment can help them stay and possibly help them resolve some type of problem faced outside the institution.Item O uso de atividades lúdicas no processo de ensino e aprendizagem em educação ambiental : um estudo de caso na escola municipal Joaquim Gama Filho(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2022-12-16) Santos, Aline Williany Alves dos; Dias, Sheyla Karine Barbosa de Macêdo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2777322313238567; Santos, Maria do Socorro Ferreira dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1039898435623128; Gama, José Aparecido da Silva; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7413041757828843The present work will address environmental issues with a focus on Environmental Education (EA), through the use of recreational activities in the early grades. Therefore, as a matter of urgency, remote classes began in most educational institutes. As a consequence of the great change of environments, teachers and students felt a lot of difficulty in learning, since until then they had not had this ability before. Taking into account such difficulties to teach an online room, the need for new methodologies was evident. Educational institutions use various tools that help both in the development of classes and in the methods of evaluative activities and, therefore, the present experience report carried out with some scholarship holders and a supervisory teacher of PIBID-IFAL, seeks to emphasize the use of the Kahoot platform. As a result of the activity carried out, the platform was very useful for the students, as it brings with it a diversity of activities that attract the student's interest.
