(INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS - Ifal, 2025-01-28) Amorim, Paloma Sena; Melo, Ingrid Sofia Vieira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4727408608738222; Calheiros, Altanys Silva; https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5985-6602; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9353777923030637; Melo, Joabe Gomes de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5180399418500159; Silva, Jose Pedro da; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1491552623899332
Non-Conventional Edible Plants (PANC) are edible plants that are not commonly part of the daily diet for most of the population but have high nutritional potential and are integral to the cultural traditions of various communities. This study analyzed the feasibility of incorporating PANC into the school meals of Marechal Deodoro (AL) and developed educational materials to disseminate the findings. The research adopted a descriptive approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, including bibliographic research, field research, and case studies. Data were analyzed using electronic spreadsheets and action research, allowing for the integration of analysis and practical application. The results showed that 65% of participants were unfamiliar with the term "PANC," yet 54% already consumed parts of these plants, demonstrating practical knowledge despite lacking familiarity with the terminology. All participants expressed interest in cultivating PANC, and 100% were willing to expand their production. Additionally, 83% reported learning about PANC through popular wisdom, highlighting the importance of traditional knowledge. Based on these findings, an educational material featuring recipes was developed to encourage the introduction of PANC into school meals, promoting nutritional awareness and strengthening local food practices.

The technological evolution has made the computational systems more complex. This has had a direct impact on the teaching-learning processes in design of computational systems, since the contents involved reflect such complexity. In the scientific literature, computational simulators have been used as basic tools to support learning in design of computational systems. However, it is clear that, even with a diversity of resources, simulators are not prepared to meet the new demands in the face of this technological evolution, essentially when it concerns interdisciplinary and adaptation to different levels of courses; in addition to promoting significant learning, considering methodological aspects that promote education as well as professional and technological training for a market that is constantly innovating. Thus, this work proposes a Hardware and Software environment that allows the virtualization of practical activities while enhancing the development of skills with real electronic componentes, with application at different levels and models of courses, based on the research-action methodology, with significant results in the teaching-learning process.

The Covid-19 pandemic has generated major challenges in education. In the field of health, in joint action with education, one of the numerous efforts made by health authorities to prevent the spread of the virus causing Covid-19 (2019-nCoV) was to promote a safe return to face-to-face education, observing the due cautions to health security. In this pandemic context, the objectives of the present study were established, which is intended to present a methodological proposal for a continuing education course for professional training of general services hygienists of the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL), focusing on improving knowledge and competencies in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. To achieve the proposed objective, the methodological resources of action research based on the critical-reflexive perspective were used. In this sense, the present study was elaborated in five stages, including: situational diagnosis (stage I), preparation of the course plan (stage II), dissemination and sensitization (step III), continuous training (step IV) and analysis of the satisfaction of the target audience. In the situational diagnosis, there was no minimum technological resources and skills of the participants for the use of online tools, adopting the modality of face-to-face teaching. Of the nineteen (19) participants, seven (7) answered the questionnaire, of which four (4) considered themselves satisfied with the action and one (1) was very dissatisfied. Further studies are recommended to gather elements necessary for the basis of professional practice.
