The study focused on enhancing and reinforcing the brand's image and core guidelines, incorporating regional aspects, and considering the target audience and communication applied within the store. To carry out this project, identification methods were employed, such as the TXM method to investigate the brand's characteristics and identity, and the interior design project method applied to the store's physical configuration. The choice of this theme is relevant due to the growth of retail in Brazil and the need for a sharp perspective on the final point of sale, achieved through interior proposals in harmony with the brand and regional culture. In an exploratory nature, this research involved a literature review on topics such as retail types, concept stores, commercial interiors, visual identity, regional culture, and consumption. The final product consisted of a preliminary study and interior draft, where the studied principles were applied to leverage display strategies and emotional engagement with the customer. This research has as final objective the elaboration of a preliminary study of an interior Project of na art room for children, located attachment to a church in the Farol district in Maceió - AL. In this space, activities Will be developed using a variety of languages in the Field of visual arts, there for eneed for anadequate environment to expand the sensory and artistic capacity of the child, as well as aiming at better interaction with the environment and development of autonomy and motor self-confidence in the ages 4 to 7 years. The Slow Food movement proposes a new gastronomy and defends conscious food linked to environmental and social issues, aiming at the pleasure of eating with the motto “good, clean and fair”. The focus is on valuing diversity. Thus, the problem to be clarified in this research was: how can the principles, concepts and motto of the movement be transferred to an environment, contributing to the customer experience using Interior Design? It was necessary to know the history of the movement through Carlo Petrini’s work, the precursor of this network, and also to analyze the fundamentals of Interior Design applied in a bistro. In the accomplishment of this work these methods were used: qualitative research, applied research, bibliographical and documentary research, and the exploratory research by collecting data through a semi-structured interview and a framework of reference. The project methodology, developed as a preliminary study, is composed by analysis and data collection through a briefing based on the client profile, target audience, space proposal, needs program and concept. Although highly demanded sector there are no well- structured facilities. The Mirante do Talhado camping, located at Delmiro Gouveia city, offer meals to guests on your own place. Although wide open and well ventilated, nevertheless did not offer any comfort to the users. In face of this context, the aim of that work is the development of preliminary study of interior to the creation of a living area and restaurant on the camping, starting from the concepts of ecodesign, whose goal is the reduction of environmental impacts caused by the designing process. It`s about qualitative applied research, whose method make use of techniques and tools from design thinking approach. The research development was split up into four stages. In the first stage was carried out the bibliographic and documentation quest, showing the concepts of ecodesign, ecotourism and adventure tourism; following, in the second stage, was carried out the local immersion, where was been gathered important information’s to the preliminary survey development. The third stage involves the creation of the project briefing, that contains: client profile, target audience, architectural survey and needs analysis. The project briefing set yourself up as ground to the creative process, consisting in: concept, conceptual panel and reference panel. The confectionery is generally represented artisanally by the delicacy and skill required in the elaboration of fine sweets and in the decoration of cakes with different themes, corresponding in detail to the expectations of those who request these products. In order to obtain a good development in the art of creating and confecting, it is necessary that the work space is pleasant, meeting the criteria of environmental comfort, functionality and safety. Thus, the development of activities related to confectionery can flow in a practical and efficient way. This work proposes the presentation of a preliminary study for the interior design of an artistic cake workshop, which aims to meet both production needs, making use of ergonomically appropriate equipment and furniture, and offering a space for customer service and comfortable and harmonious tasting with references of the contemporary romantic style. The environment aims to provoke emotions capable of generating the enchantment and conquest essential to a commercial environment.
