At IFAL, the course was inaugurated in 1962 and has since been part of the list of integrated technical courses offered by the institute. Through data collection and research conducted, it has been proven that the course has gone through various changes throughout its history in the institution, from a name change to its existence in a certain period. However, the main objective of the work is to analyze the satisfaction of road students at IFAL-Campus Maceió at present and point out possible reasons for their discontentment or approval of the course, taking into consideration historical information about the course and then determine if the responses correspond to the current reality. This work also analyzed testimonies from former students, teachers, and ex-teachers, in addition to verifying the responses given by current students, and also telling a bit about the course's evolution throughout its history in the institution, exploring relevant problems, achievements, and other pertinent issues. Finally, a comparison was made between some current and old IFAL documents regarding the Roads course, which brought relevant data to understand many questions that arose during the work, as well as to enrich the research. Ultimately, a comparison was made between some documents related to the course and its current reality in the institution, where it is possible to verify that despite the course theoretically meeting the requirements to exist and function, it presents serious problems in ensuring the necessary support and resources for its students, ultimately generating great dissatisfaction among most students upon entering the course, contributing to a not-so-good experience in taking it.Item Uso da borracha de pneus inservíveis na pavimentação asfáltica(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-05-26) Silva, Debora Mireli Santos da; Campos, Afrânio Jorge Barbosa; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6246612848302929; Barbosa, Gregory Aguiar Caldas; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5797542160360104The use of tire rubber in asphalt paving is a proven technology to increase the resistance and durability of asphalt blankets, in addition to contributing to the reduction of improper disposal of tires, reducing the environmental impact. Tire rubber can be used in different stages of asphalt production, for example, in a mixture with mineral aggregates and asphalt binders, or even in a layer of asphalt overlay modified with rubber. Studies have shown that adding tire rubber to asphalt improves resistance to permanent deformation, fatigue, aging and cracking. Furthermore, the use of tire rubber in asphalt paving helps to reduce maintenance costs because the useful life of the asphalt layer is extended. The technology can also be used on different types of pavement, such as highways, airports, parking lots and urban roads.Item Elaboração do mapa de risco da vinícola do município de Garanhuns-PE(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-06-01) Silva, Maria Eduarda Alves da; Barbosa, Gregory Aguiar Caldas; Silvestre, Wilma Karlla Paixão; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2837497401833762This final paper was elaborated with the objective of elaborating and implementing the risk map of the Vale das Colinas winery, in order to identify the risks present in the workplace and to warn preventively, in order to guarantee the safety and health of the workers. For this, a technical visit was carried out, thus providing direct observation of the site. It was possible to identify physical, accidental, chemical, biological and ergonomic risks, mainly related to wine production and storage activities. Based on this information, a visual risk map was prepared, which allows easy identification of risks and actions to be taken to minimize them. With the implementation of the risk map, a significant improvement in the safety and health conditions of winery workers is expected, contributing to a safer and healthier work environment.
