As mandatory, Ifal's institutional rules on the ERE with a focus on the Integrated Course on Youth and Adult Education. In addition, it was a matter of providing subsidies for thinking about new indicators for evaluating the ERE. The work methodology is qualitative. Bibliographic research and studies were carried out on the experiences lived during this pandemic period on the Campus of Marechal Deodoro. However, this work does not illustrate the use of research with the educational community, as the result is drawn from experience-based experience. Green Ergonomics, as it is known worldwide, emerged from the interdisciplinarity of two disciplines, the first Ergonomics and the second, Sustainability, being applied throughout Europe. In Brazil, there is a certain lack of cultural knowledge about VE, with concrete examples that fit into Green Ergonomics allied to Sustainability. With that, the problem arose: how has Green Ergonomics been applied in the national and regional scenarios? Therefore, the present work aimed to research the relationship between ergonomics and sustainability in order to conceptualize the Green Ergonomics theme in a concise way, bringing it to our reality. This research is classified as bibliographic, based on an article published in Brazil and data provided by the certifiers Vanzolini and GBC Brazil in the form of spreadsheets, to contribute to the mapping process. The tabulation of the data occurred in 4 moments, and in each one of them the analysis of the information was carried out. The first, a survey of data at the national level, separating the data by classifications, and the second, at the regional level. The third and fourth, making tables to understand the application of Green Ergonomics in Brazilian, Northeastern and Alagoas territory. Based on the results, it was noticed that at national and regional level, Green Ergonomics has been applied, through LEED and AQUA HQE certifications, in the most varied enterprises and buildings. At national level, LEED with 1833 data and AQUA HQE with 338. At regional level, 119 data in LEED certification and 20 data in AQUA HQE. Most of the regions in Brazil are mostly sugarcane production, and from it there are also other types of products generated, such as energy, ethanol and biogas. But in the face of all this production that is possible through the use of natural resources, society has observed the need to reduce impacts on the environment, since sugarcane is a major source of production, and with this the industries were forced to worry about these issues that involve, in their production, sustainability, so that there is no aggression to the environment. From this the companies of the sugar-alcohol industry were willing to seek a new form of production, and the certifications come precisely to contribute in this process, guiding and leading to follow a whole series of new standards respecting norms, laws and guidelines with regard to the environment, thus raising an environmental preservation and a sustainable development. Thus, the objective of this research was to perform an analysis of the repercussions caused by the adoption of environmental certifications, comparing to environmental certifications in the sugar and alcohol sector, restricting only to Bonsucro and ISO 14001 certifications, taking into account two plants in the state of Alagoas. As a methodology used, a bibliographic survey was carried out, with the application of questionnaires to verify the perception of managers/professionals responsible for the environmental management of sugarcane and alcohol mills. Two plants were selected for the study, one certified and the other not certified. It was concluded that, from the analysis of the questionnaire, the main repercussions are: compliance with applicable and regulatory legislation, control and reduction of environmental impacts, efficient production, greater relationship with stakeholders, image and reputation improvements and access to new markets and businesses.Item Gestão pública ambiental: uma análise dos avanços e desafios da fiscalização ambiental no município de Maceió - AL(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-05-30) Cavalcante, Natalia Rafaele dos Santos; Macêdo, Dartagnan Ferreira de; http://lattes.cnpq.br/2025788330054193; Lucena, Rodrigo de Melo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6095168056343998; Santos, Geraldo Luiz Valle dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5316292387419022Environmental inspection is an instrument to guarantee environmental protection and the basic rights of citizens, according to article 225 of the Federal Constitution of 1988, which states that everyone has the right to an ecologically balanced environment. In view of the current context of environmental degradation, environmental management has become increasingly important, being responsible for the administration of economic and social activities in order to rationally use natural resources related to anthropic activities and interventions. In this context, this work aimed to describe the flow of the main actions of environmental inspection, such as the administrative procedure, competences related to the sector, quantitative notification, notice of infraction and complaints developed by the inspection of the public environmental management of the municipality of Maceió, pointing out some related socio-environmental impacts. For that, a research with a qualitative approach was carried out, through a case study at the Secretariat of Environment and Urbanism (SEMURB), which is responsible for environmental inspection in Maceió. So far, the municipality’s supervisory agency actions have been insufficient, highlighting the need for a more efficient, participatory public environmental management with proper compliance with legislation and the use of strategic planning methods. Thus, it is essential to use tools that contribute to making more assertive decisions in relation to the obstacles encountered, making the power of the environmental agency effective. Overall, it is necessary to adopt new practices that lead to significant changes in the quality of environmental management, especially in the inspection process, considering the importance of having a continuous improvement tool that allows for the best results in Public Management Environmental.Item Programa merenda da terra em Marechal Deodoro – AL : perfil dos agricultores cadastrados(Instituto Federal de Educação Ciência e Tecnologia de Alagoas, 2023-12-14) Fernandes, Gilmara Pereira; Lucena, Rodrigo de Melo; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6095168056343998; Bastos, Adelmo Lima; http://lattes.cnpq.br/6125212623471598; Santos, Geraldo Luiz Valle dos; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5316292387419022This research to conclude the Environmental Management course has as its methodology the study of an exploratory and investigative nature, where data were collected through a semi-structured questionnaire with the aim of analyzing the profile of farmers registered in the Merenda da Terra da Program. city of Marechal Deodoro in the state of Alagoas. A bibliographic review study was also used to better understand and analyze what was collected. The description of the context where farmers produce and sell enabled recommendations for the difficulties and limitations identified in the program. Therefore, there were 35 farmers interviewed from 37 active farmers, out of a total of 67 registered. Challenges to be addressed in the program were identified as an incentive to improve and increase production, requiring investments for this to occur; the lack of interest among young people in these families in current production and the continuity of agriculture in the family; the need for these families to organize themselves into associations or cooperatives, possibly gaining greater unity and robustness, thus assisting in the production/cultivation, sale and distribution processes; and implementation of the SAF’s Agroforestry System as a possible efficiency for recovering soil nutrients for the benefit of agricultural cultivation.
