The National Catalogue of Technical Courses (CNCT) lists several courses in a wide range of
areas, including the Technical Course in School Secretarial, which has been growing in
demand from a wide range of people: students who are still finishing high school,
undergraduates and postgraduates, workers in public and private schools, liberal
professionals, workers in general, as well as people who have been out of school for some
time and are looking for qualifications to enter the world of work. In 2022, the Alagoas State
Department of Education (SEDUC/AL) launched a selection process with vacancies on a
number of courses, including the School Secretary Technician course, where 250 (two
hundred and fifty) students were selected. Because of this great demand for the course, a
pedagogical intervention proposal was drawn up, the aim of which is to introduce the
technical school secretarial course to the students of this course in order to clarify the main
points of professional performance. This pedagogical intervention proposal presents a detailed
description of how to achieve its objective
