Being this one of the most important items to be considered in a construction, with the intention of measure the real cost to complete the project, it must be done in a way that reflect correctly the investment that construction company and the owner will have. Parameters like SINAPI and ORSE were the focus of this study, looking specifically to roofing and plastering work. In this study was compared both parameters to observe and identify congruences and/or divergences between than. The results shows that is unviable make the budget using one parameter and price using other because it will generate an under or overrate of expenses.
