2026-03-252026-03-252025https://repositorio.ifal.edu.br/handle/123456789/1447This report describes the supervised internship carried out at FarmaFórmula, a unit located in the municipality of Penedo/AL, by student Eduarda da Silva Dantas, from the Technical Course in Chemistry Integrated with High School Education at the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL) – Penedo Campus. The internship took place between July 14 and October 13, 2025, in the morning shift, under the guidance and supervision of Professor Marina de Magalhães Silva. FarmaFórmula is a compounding pharmacy dedicated to the production of personalized medicines and cosmetics, prepared according to individual medical prescriptions and the specific needs of each patient. Unlike the traditional pharmaceutical industry, which produces on a large scale, the compounding pharmacy prioritizes individualized care and close customer service. The objective of this report is to present the activities developed during the internship period, highlighting the main experiences gained in the semi-solid and solid dosage form sectors, as well as the challenges faced in the daily routine of compounding production. During the three months of the internship, it was possible to observe and participate in essential stages of the compounding process of different pharmaceutical forms, always following current sanitary regulations, quality standards, and the company's operational procedures. This experience provided the development of technical skills and the improvement of good laboratory practices, such as organization, attention to detail, process standardization, and professional responsibility. Furthermore, it allowed for a better understanding of the work routine in a compounding pharmacy and the importance of technical rigor combined with patient care.
