Law No. 13,146/2015 reinforces the importance of including people with disabilities in regular schools and establishes that Educational Institutions must adopt measures to guarantee accessibility and full participation of these people. Thus, we established the main objective of this work to develop a model as a proposal for a pedagogical intervention that facilitates the learning and understanding of Occupational Safety concepts by students with Intellectual Disabilities. Along this path, the following specific objectives were chosen: a) use a teaching strategy based on experimentation; b) promote educational accessibility and inclusion; c) stimulate the sensorial and cognitive exploration of students with intellectual disabilities. The Intervention Proposal will be applied at Ifal – Campus Marechal Deodoro with students from Youth and Adult Education Integrated with Professional and Technological Education (EJA/EPT), Cooking Course, technological axis: Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure, in the discipline of Organizational Management and Occupational Safety (GOST). The methodological procedures were divided into four stages, they are: approach to Occupational Safety concepts, definition of the theme and objective, planning, construction of the model, presentation, dialogue and storage. We hope that by participating in the proposal, students with Intellectual Disabilities will develop social skills and stimulate logical thinking, spatial perception, problem solving and organizational skills.Acesso AbertoMaqueteDeficiência IntelectualSegurança do TrabalhoMalletIntellectual DisabilityWorkplace safetyUtilização de maquetes como metodologia de aprendizagem para estudantes com deficiência intelectualUsing models as a learning methodology for students with intellectual disabilitiesTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoCIENCIAS HUMANAS
