The objective of the managerialist model, promoted by the reforms of the FHC government, was to modernize the State, making it more efficient and focused on results. People management is crucial in this situation, requiring a strategic approach to ensure that civil servants are aligned with institutional objectives. The five main conjuncture discussed are working conditions, which ensure a productive environment; performance and competency assessment, which guides the alignment of activities; motivation, which is fundamental for employee engagement; training and staff development, which ensures that employees are always up to date; and emotional intelligence, which helps to create a positive work environment. For public administration to achieve the expected results and meet the demands of society, promoting more efficient and transparent public management, these interconnected components are essential.ptAdministração PúblicaGestão de pessoasModelo gerencialistaPeople ManagementManagerialist ModelPublic AdministrationA importância da gestão de pessoas no contexto do modelo gerencialista da administração públicaTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ADMINISTRACAO::ADMINISTRACAO PUBLICA
