In the last ten years, the use of these agricultural poisons in Brazilian crops has taken on great proportions, due to the permissive policies that integrate the capitalist interests of entrepreneurs who make up the corporate framework of the National Congress. The objective of this study is to analyze the political path surrounding the decisions to validate the indiscriminate use of pesticides. The article gathers information through bibliographic research, presenting data on pesticide poisoning, highlighting the damage caused to human health. It analyzes and interprets political, economic and social facts based on a study of the accession of Agribusiness in Brazil, highlighting the increasing release of agrochemicals.
