The research highlights the importance of planning that considers the specificities and diversities of students, promoting meaningful and contextualized learning. The literature review reveals that EJA faces unique challenges, such as the heterogeneity of the audience, the prior experiences of learners, and their social and economic conditions. Thus, pedagogical planning must be flexible and adapted to the needs of students, integrating methodologies that encourage active participation and student empowerment. Furthermore, the work emphasizes the need for continuous training for educators working in EJA, enabling them to develop skills to create inclusive and effective learning environments. The reflections presented in this study aim to contribute to a more conscious pedagogical practice committed to social transformation. Finally, the TCC proposes guidelines for developing a pedagogical planning that values students' trajectories in EJA, promoting their autonomy and empowerment.ptAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilPlanejamento pedagógicoEducação de jovens e adultosMetodologias educativasFormação de educadoresPedagogical planningYouth and adult educationEducational methodologiesEducator trainingPlanejamento pedagógico na educação de jovens e adultos: reflexões a partir da revisão de literaturaTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoLINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES
