The confectionery is generally represented artisanally by the delicacy and skill required in the elaboration of fine sweets and in the decoration of cakes with different themes, corresponding in detail to the expectations of those who request these products. In order to obtain a good development in the art of creating and confecting, it is necessary that the work space is pleasant, meeting the criteria of environmental comfort, functionality and safety. Thus, the development of activities related to confectionery can flow in a practical and efficient way. This work proposes the presentation of a preliminary study for the interior design of an artistic cake workshop, which aims to meet both production needs, making use of ergonomically appropriate equipment and furniture, and offering a space for customer service and comfortable and harmonious tasting with references of the contemporary romantic style.
