The shorter period for the training of technical professionals allows students to enter the world of nursing in fewer time. In this sense, the main goal is to build an educational game about drug administration, contributing through playfulness with the pedagogical practice in the process of technical nursing training, analyzing the students' perception regarding the contributions of this educational game and knowing the teachers’ perception in relation to the suggestion of the game as a pedagogical resource. This is an action research, with a qualitative approach, which used as methodological instruments: semi-structured questionnaire and field diary, in order to keep a record of the activities’ monitoring. According to the records, it was possible to identify several aspects that contributed to the planning of the research, developed during the theoretical and practical classes of the curricular component of Fundamentals of Nursing I. The materialization of the game came from teamwork, from the exchange of knowledge, from dialogue, and it was built in partnership with the teachers of the adopted curricular component, who helped with their teaching experiences and the development of other educational resources. The implementation of the game consisted of an important learning experience, in an interdisciplinary perspective. The results of the study indicate that the established goals were based on achievable challenges, in order to allow the student to realize that his effort led him to the correct answers, feeling capable of providing stimulus in the process of searching for knowledge, assisted by teachers, so that the environment made it possible to preserve self-esteem and communication between the agents involved.
