Therefore, the failure to adequately provide basic sanitation services results in poor environmental health conditions. General Objective: To analyze the situation of public basic sanitation services in Vale do Conjunto Residencial São Francisco in the municipality of Penedo/Alagoas. Methodology: This is a descriptive study, where the data for analyzing the situation under study were obtained through the application of a questionnaire on all streets of households in the studied neighborhood. Results: It was found that all homes receive good quality treated water from the General Network. Sanitary sewage was covered through the Effluent Treatment Station, where all domestic waste is processed and disposed of correctly. Regarding the collection of solid waste, it is observed that they occur with a frequency of 50% over six (06) days a week, i.e. Monday to Saturday of 50% over six (06) days a week, i.e. Monday to Saturday. Finally, it was found that there are no urban drainage problems, considering that there is paving and a drainage system in the location. Final Considerations: It is understood that, although the community is in good environmental condition, this work points to improvements to be made, such as greater attendance in relation to garbage collection, thus contributing to the improvement of services.ptSaneamento BásicoPreservação ambientalÁguaEsgotoDignidade humana.Os serviços de saneamento básico no conjunto residencial Vale do São Francisco em Penedo/ALTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA SANITARIA::SANEAMENTO BASICO
