2024-08-202024-08-202024-08-202022-03-28https://repositorio.ifal.edu.br/handle/123456789/618t is intended in this report to address the experiences lived during the setting and knowledge of the field school that took place in the year 2018 to 2019 for the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), in addition to presenting all the conditions as it was worked for one year and six months. The PRP had the Carlos Lyra State School of Education, in the city of São José da Laje - AL as an environment for investigation and application of the project. The main purpose was to train the student, taking into account professional requirements in order to improve skills/competencies and prepare participating students for a degree career, and it served as an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
