The study addresses the challenges of Food and Nutritional Sovereignty in the incorporation of new technologies and provides an analysis of the MST's Popular and Agrarian Reform Program: the Normandia settlement in Caruaru-PE. The objective is to characterize the process of technological innovation and its contributions to agriculture and agroecology. Agroecology is presented as a way to change environmental practices. It is evident that agricultural cooperation is a strengthened policy, particularly highlighting Agricultural Production Cooperatives, aimed at advancing the production and marketing of healthy foods.
