The study was based on the exaggerated growth of electronic waste on the planet. Our objective was to show this reality here in our region, Brazil, Alagoas and Penedo. Due to technological obsolescence, consumers end up accelerating the exchange of their equipment for more modern ones, generating a large accumulation of electronic waste. Due to the problem of contamination, the increase in production, consumption and disposal of electronic waste, specific laws were created and are currently in force throughout the world. Organizations of all types are increasingly committed to achieving and demonstrating correct environmental performance, by controlling the impacts of their activities, products and services on the environment, maintaining consistency with their environmental policies and objectives. In Alagoas, some programs are being developed with the intention of counting on this progress, and in Penedo/AL, little is seen in relation to LR on electronic waste. Some companies operate within a context of increasingly demanding legislation, the development of economic policies and other measures aimed at adopting environmental protection and a growing concern expressed by stakeholders regarding environmental issues and sustainable development. Thus, we can consider that electronic waste is directly related to population and industrial growth, requiring greater production of new raw materials, generating excessive consumption.ptLixo EletrônicoLogística ReversaMeio AmbienteDescarte.Estudo sobre a atual situação do lixo eletrônico no município de Penedo-ALTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA SANITARIA::SANEAMENTO AMBIENTAL
