2025-08-122025-08-122022https://repositorio.ifal.edu.br/handle/123456789/1131The open market in the city of Penedo (AL) has great economic, social and environmental importance and is part of the countryside-city relationship. In this bias, the general objective of the research is to analyze the productive dynamics of the open markets in the city of PenedoAL: observing the importance of family farming for the open market and also in the city's economy, as a sustainable means of production; analyzing the city of Penedo-AL as a power to produce its own food products; and, finally, identifying the main subjects and places of origin of the products. The methodology used was through readings, guidelines, records, application of a questionnaire, photographic records and cartographic production.
