As it is a well-established brand in the e-commerce sector within the same industry, the store was conceived to operate under the phygital model, which, as discussed in the theoretical framework, combines virtual and physical interaction. This approach enables new shopping experiences designed to meet users' needs and desires, creating meaningful brand interactions and encouraging customers to spend more time in the store. To achieve this goal, an applied, exploratory, and qualitative research approach was adopted, combined with interior design methodology, with stages organized between theoretical foundations and practical procedures. Using this methodology, spatial organization strategies and the selection of materials and furniture can be developed to make the concept store feasible. As a result, a concept store rich in experiences was created, where consumers engage with the brand and even participate in the “construction” of the product, highlighting the importance of Interior Design for brands.ptAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilDesign de InterioresIdentidade de marcaBrandingLoja conceito – Projeto preliminarInterior designBrand identityDesign de interiores e marcas: projeto preliminar de uma loja conceito de informáticaTrabalho de Conclusão de CursoCIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::ARQUITETURA E URBANISMO
