In the education of young people and adults, perhaps this status has been strengthened, reducing learning and strengthening evasion. Through the qualitative and bibliographic research method, we aim to demonstrate the importance of understanding the different manifestations of the language in a non-elite and exclusionary way, but which can facilitate the education of young people and adults, through variationist and interactionist sociolinguistics with their perspectives on the pedagogical training of these students. Among the selected authors we have: Paulo Freire, Foucault, Lukesi, Fabrício and others.ptAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 BrazilLetras PortuguêsEducação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA)SociolinguísticaFilosofia da educaçãoFormação pedagógicaEducation of young People and AdultsSociolinguisticsPhilosophy of EducationPedagogia da sociolinguística, poder e filosofia da educação na EJATrabalho de Conclusão de CursoLINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS
