There are also several situations in which women are treated unequally by society, are belittled and subjugated by the patriarchal system. In this sense, this monograph proposes to analyze and compare the work As Parceiras, by Lya Luft, and the short story “Amor”, by Clarice Lispector. Thus, this dissertation constitutes a bibliographical research built from studies in Discourse Analysis and Comparative Literature. The authors built the works from the feminine discourse to expose important and necessary themes, which must be discussed, based on the perspectives of female characters who face social adversities imposed on them. Thus, for the analysis and comparison of the works, the following studies were used as theoretical references: Sandra Nitrini; Denize E. Garcia da Silva; Eni P. Orlandi; and others.
