    This report describes the activities carried out during the internship at Farmafórmula compounding pharmacy, located in the Santa Luzia district, in the city of Penedo, from December 8, 2025, to April 10, 2026, totaling four months of internship experience. During this period, laboratory activities were performed, enabling the observation and learning of processes involved in the preparation of personalized medications, developed according to medical prescriptions and the specific needs of each patient. The pharmacy focuses on the quality of the services provided, following strict standards established by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency, aiming to ensure safety, efficiency, and excellence in customer service. Different pharmaceutical dosage forms are prepared in the company’s laboratories, such as capsules, sachets, creams, oral solutions, and ointments, always according to the guidelines stated in the prescriptions. Throughout the internship, there was continuous supervision and monitoring of the activities performed, providing technical support and guidance during the entire learning process. The experience made it possible to understand the operation of a compounding pharmacy and closely follow the stages of laboratory processes, reinforcing the knowledge acquired during practical classes in the technical course. Furthermore, the internship contributed to the development of professional skills, highlighting the importance of attention, responsibility, and teamwork in the professional environment.
