    Utilização de estratégia de comunicação institucional em uma ITES da EPT: proposta educomunicativa através de uma série de vídeos

    The purpose of this research was to propose an institutional communication strategy through an action plan and an educommunicative proposal for the Solidarity Economy Technology Incubator (ITES) - IFAL ECOSOL, which has centers in the cities of Alagoas: Arapiraca, Batalha, Maceió, Maragogi, Marechal Deodoro, Murici, Satuba, Santana do Ipanema, Coruripe, Penedo, and Viçosa. This incubator is an extension program of IFAL and helps productive groups overcome the barriers of capitalism, providing an improvement in the sustainability of these enterprises and the municipalities of Alagoas. This dissertation is part of the line of research on Organization and Memory of Pedagogical Spaces in Professional and Technological Education (EPT) and the Macroproject on the Organization of Pedagogical Spaces of the Graduate Program in Professional and Technological Education (ProfEPT/IFAL). Its theoretical framework was based on the approach to the dimensions of work, culture, science, and technology; on integral human formation; on solidarity economy; on communication; and on Paulo Freire's educommunication and learning theory interrelated to the universe of EPT. The methodology employed in the research consisted of using a deductive, qualitative, exploratory research method, which followed the assumptions of Thiollent's (2011) action research, through bibliographic research, documentary research, and data collection through observation with the aid of a field diary and the application of online questionnaires in the diagnostic and evaluation phases of the educational product. Data analysis was performed using Bardin's (2016) content analysis of the following items: institutional videos of university incubators and federal institutes posted on YouTube until 2024, IFAL ECOSOL's Instagram from August 2023 to May 2025, and some questions from the online diagnostic questionnaires and the evaluation of the educational product. The target audience for the diagnostic phase included the Dean of Extension and the coordinator of Extension Programs and Projects at the Federal Institute of Alagoas (IFAL) and the coordinators of the IFAL ECOSOL incubator. The target audience for the diagnostic phase participated in the evaluation of the educational product, and the following participants were included: the Dean, the Head of the IFAL Department of Communication and Events, and representatives of the productive groups from the incubator's centers: Maragogi, Marechal Deodoro, and Viçosa. The results achieved with this research were the creation of an educommunicative Educational Product - a series of videos: an institutional video of about four minutes on IFAL ECOSOL; five short videos, each about one minute long, one on the concept of solidarity economy and another on community tourism; and the others about the Maragogi, Marechal Deodoro, and Viçosa centers; and a guide that presents the incubator's institutional communication strategy, providing for the systematic use of these videos and other materials, based on actions defined using the 5W2H tool. The educational product aimed to clarify and discuss the theme in question in the aforementioned dissertation, providing better dissemination of the work developed by the incubator in Alagoas.
